Step 1
Add 1/3 of the spice mix to a bowl and pour in a 1/4 cup of olive oil. Mix well and then pour over the steak. Cover well and leave on the side to marinade.

Then peel and slice your potatoes into chunky fries and put onto boil in salted water.

Then slice the onions, place in a bowl and add 1/3 of the spice mix. Give it a good mix and then get a frying pan on medium heat and add a knob of butter. Add the onions and cook down until nicely caramelised.

Once your fries have boiled for 5 minutes, drain and let them to steam until dry.

Meanwhile cook the Vienna sausages, then put to the side, turn up the heat to full and cook the steak to your preference. I did medium rare (2 minutes per side) and baste with butter. Leave to rest.
Step 6
For the fries, get your oil (veg, sunflower, canola etc) to 180c/350f and add the fries. Cook until golden brown and crispy. Place in a bowl and add the final 1/3 spice mix and toss.
Step 7
Finally, fry two eggs and mix the mango archer with the mayonnaise.
Step 8
Slice open your bread and assemble 👌
