Step 4
If you don't have a Thermomix, place the butter, golden syrup and water in a saucepan and melt until almost bubbly. Add the desiccated coconut, plain flour, caster sugar and bicarbonate of soda and mix in a medium mixing bowl, using an electric whisk, until smooth.
Step 5
Place tablespoons of the mixture on a baking tray and slightly press down with the back of a spoon.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes Enjoy or use for the base of a tart later on!
