Step 1

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the caster sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture turns white.

Step 2

Add the sifted flour all at once, the yeast and mix.

Grate the Tonka bean into the mixture as desired.Three or four grating strokes should suffice.

Step 4

Add melted butter.Mix well until smooth.

Step 5

Butter the moulds and place the dough in them.Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 10 minutes.
