Step 1

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned. Remove from heat and place on a paper towel-lined plate.

In the same pan, add the bacon. Fry until crispy. Remove from heat and place on a paper towel-lined plate.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Sauté the mushrooms and tomatoes for a few minutes or until tender.
