Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix the sliced peaches with 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and the cinnamon. Spread the mixture evenly in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In another bowl, combine the flour, remaining granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt.

Stir in the melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Pour the batter over the peaches, spreading it evenly.

Step 6

Sprinkle the sliced almonds on top of the batter.

Step 7

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.

Allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
