Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
In a bowl, combine your choice of vegan Greek yogurt (unsweetened or vanilla) with peanut butter until smooth.
Step 2
If desired, add agave nectar or maple syrup for sweetness. Mix the ingredients together until you have a creamy peanut butter yogurt mixture.
Step 3
In a microwave-safe bowl, place the vegan chocolate chips along with a small amount of coconut oil. The coconut oil will help with melting and create a smoother texture when hardened.
Step 4
Microwave the chocolate in 10-second increments, stirring in between, until it's completely melted. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.
Step 5
Pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture and spread it out (on the top) evenly with a spoon. The chocolate should begin to solidify quickly due to the cold yogurt.
Step 6
Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top of the chocolate before it completely hardens. This will add a nice crunch and nutty flavour.
Step 7
Add a pinch of salt as well for a bit of saltiness will brings out all the other flavours.
Step 8
Place the bowl in the freezer for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate shell is firm.
Step 9
Once the chocolate shell is hardened, remove the bowl from the freezer and enjoy your vegan no-bake dessert!
