Step 1

Place the bowl of your Ice Cream Maker into your freezer for the recommended amount of time according to the instructions.

Step 2

Combine the coconut milk, sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla into a bowl and stir until all of the sugar is disolved.

Step 3

Add the chopped strawberries to the ice cream mixture.

Step 4

Remove the Ice Cream Maker bowl from the freezer and assemble.

Step 5

Add the ice cream mixture to the machine and churn for the recommended amount of time according the manufacturer instructions (about 20 minutes)

Step 6

Once the ice cream is churned, serve right away for a soft serve consistency or freeze for at least 2 hours to be able to sccop the ice cream
