In a mixing bowl, add gochujang paste, minced garlic and ginger, soysauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar and honey. Mix the ingredients together until you get a dark red thick liquid.
Step 2
Pour half of the sauce onto the wings, toss them and let them marinade for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Heat up the grill to 325 degrees and set it for indirect heat. Place the marinated wings directly on the grates and let them cook for 45-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees.
Step 4
Flip the wings half way through to ensure an even cook throughout.
Step 5
In the last 5 minutes of the cook, brush the wings with the left over gochujang sauce.
