Prepare your zucchini strips (see more in notes)

in a medium bowl, combine ricotta, egg, spices

Step 4

place about 1 Tbl of cheese mixture into each ravioli

Step 5

fold sides up to create ravioli

Step 6

Pour 3/4 C into casserole dish

Step 7

gently place ravioli on top of sauce

Step 8

add remaining sauce

Step 9

sprinkle on mozzarella

Step 10

bake for 20 min

sprinkle on Parmesan cheese
