Prepare pasta per package directions.

Begin by scrambling the eggs in one bowl and combining the Salt, black pepper, Italian Seasoning, flour, and grated parmesan in another bowl. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breast cutlets and sear for 2 minutes on each side. The chicken should release when it is ready to turn.

Then place the lid on the skillet, reduce the heat to low and continue to cook for 3-6 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through to a internal temp of 165˚F. (Time will vary based on thickness of the chicken.) Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the butter and garlic and increase the heat to medium. Stir until the butter is melted.

Add the chicken stock (or wine) and lemon juice and bring to a simmer.  Simmer until it has reduced by about 1/3, then stir in the basil and pasta.

Nestle the chicken into the pasta. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot. Enjoy!

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 1 Tbsp salt. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water then drain, cover, and keep warm.

Beat the chicken breasts so that they are even in thickness and season all over with 1½ Tbsp cajun seasoning.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tsp oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken and sear on both sides.  Turn heat down to low and saute until cooked through and 165˚F on a thermometer. Transfer to a cutting board, slice into thin strips, and cover to keep warm.

In the same skillet over medium heat, saute the butter and garlic for 30-60 seconds or until the garlic is fragrant. Add the diced tomatoes and saute another 2 minutes.

Add in the heavy whipping cream, remaining cajun seasoning, and parmesan cheese, and bring to a simmer. Season to taste if needed.

Add the sliced chicken and cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until combined and pasta and chicken are warmed through. Serve with freshly grated parmesan and chopped parsley.

Chop chicken into 1 in chunks. Place in a zip top bag with 1 tbsp of olive oil and cajun seasoning. Mix the chicken until all is coated with the seasoning. Let marinate, while you chop the bell pepper into bite sized pieces.

Cook pasta per package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat remaining 1 tbsp of oil in a large skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the chicken and peppers to the skillet with the chicken in a single layer. If there is too much chicken for a single layer, work in batches. Let the chicken cook on the first side for 3-4 minutes without stirring, then use tongs to flip each piece over. Cook on the second side for 2 minutes, then add the pressed garlic, stir well, and cook for 1 additional minute or until cooked through (165˚F internal temp)

Once the chicken is done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set set aside. In the skillet melt the butter with the seasoning over medium heat. Add the cream, cream cheese, and parmesan and whisk until the cheese is completely melted and bring the mixture to a rapid boil for one minute, then remove from heat.

Toss the pasta, chicken and peppers with the sauce until coated. Sprinkle the green onions over the top of the pasta. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Reduce heat to medium-low; add chicken broth and pour in slurry stirring about 2 minutes.

Return chicken to skillet; adjust salt and Cajun seasoning to taste, cook another minute or two until hot, then add linguine; toss well to coat.

Boil pasta in salty water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Pasta:

Generously season chicken with salt, pepper, Cajun and Italian seasonings. Do not slice it yet - you will be cooking it whole. Slice sausage into 1/4 inch circles and slice mushrooms.

In a large skillet, add 1 tbsp butter and melt it over medium high heat. When the pan is hot, add whole chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned for a total of 8-10 minutes. Remove chicken onto a plate and slice into strips.

Add sliced sausage pieces and brown them on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until darker in color around the edges. Remove from the skillet onto a plate.&nbsp;

Deglaze the pan with a splash of water and add 2nd tbsp of butter and sliced mushrooms into the skillet (add more butter as well, if needed). Saute until your mushrooms should look nice and moist, and dark. Once cooked, remove them from the pan as well.

To make the sauce, add remaining 1 tbsp butter to the pan, allow it to melt and then cook garlic in it until slightly browned – only for a couple of minutes. &nbsp;Next add chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce&nbsp;and heavy cream and bring to a light simmer. Add Cajun seasoning, paprika and garlic powder and mix into the sauce.

Add Parmesan cheese and whisk to blend for 2-3 minutes to thicken the sauce. Taste the sauce and add salt to taste.

Add cooked pasta into the sauce and mix in well. Next add the chicken, sausage and mushrooms back into the pan and allow them to reheat for 2-3 minutes. Close the lid to help the heat stay in. Serve immediately!
