Gingerbread House White Chocolate Bark is a fun and festive Christmas Bark sprinkled with marshmallows, soft peppermints, gumdrops, M&amp;Ms, and of course ginger cookies! This Gingerbread House Bark Recipe has all the flavors you might find on a classic gingerbread house, but with none of the fuss.&nbsp;

Gingerbread House White Chocolate Bark Recipe

vanilla almond bark (or white chocolate)

Christmas m&ms

multicolored gumdrops

peppermint puffs (chopped (see example))

gingerbread cookies (crumbled)

pastel colored mini marshmallows

Melt the almond bark in the microwave in 60 second increments until smooth. Stir in between each time in the microwave. It took about 2 minutes to melt for me.

Line a large baking sheet with wax paper.

Pour melted almond bark over the wax paper and use an offset spatula or spoon to smooth out into 1/3 layer.

Sprinkle with all the ingredients that you'd like to use onto the bark. Use as much or as little as you'd like. Press down with your hands to make sure they've adhered to the bark.

Allow to chill in the fridge until fully firm, about 2 hours.

Break apart and store in an airtight container.

6-8 Candy Canes (Crushed)

Crushed candy canes by placing them in a Ziplock bag and break apart with a rolling pin or meat mallet

Melt the dark Chocolate wafers in the microwave according to the packages directions .

Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and spread the melted chocolate on the wax paper. Place this in the fridge or freezer until it completely sets up

Once the dark chocolate sets up melt the white melting wafers according to the packages directions in the microwave.

Spread the white chocolate over the dark chocolate .

Immediately dust the top with crushed candy canes . Gently press them into the warm white chocolate .  Place int the fridge or freezer to set up.

Once it is completely set up break it apart into small pieces. Store in a Ziplock bag or air ight container.

Line a baking sheet with either a silicone baking mat, parchment paper or wax paper. 

Rough chop the almond bark into smaller pieces for quicker melting. Place in a glass bowl.

Microwave the glass bowl for 3 minutes on 50% power, stir. Microwave for another 1-2 minutes on 50% power. Add more time in 30 second intervals if needed until melted. Continue to stir the chocolate to keep it melted while you melt the caramel.

Place the caramel squares in a microwave safe bowl. Add 1-2 tbsp of water or heavy cream and microwave for 1 minute on 50% power. Stir. Microwave for an additional minute on 50% power, continue for 30 second intervals until the caramel is melted.

Reserve a small amount of chocolate for drizzling, about 1/4 cup.

Pour the melted chocolate over the silicone mat, spreading smooth with a spatula. Use a spoon or small cookie scoop and drop dollops of caramel on the bark. Swirl the chocolate and caramel together with a butter knife or spatula. Add the pecans (chopped and whole). Drizzle the remaining chocolate over the bark.

Allow the bark to harden on the counter for 2-3 hours. Using a sharp knife, cut the bark into pieces once it's completely set. Store in an airtight container.

Grinch Bark is a festive green and white Christmas bark recipe topped with red hearts and green sprinkles.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.

Add the white vanilla wafers to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring well between each, until melted (this should take 90-120 seconds total).

Pour the white melted candy onto the parchment paper and use a spatula to smooth into a thin, even layer. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the candy to harden.

Melt the green candy melts in the microwave, following the same process as you did with the white wafers in step 2. Pour the melted green candy over the white candy, smoothing it into an even layer with a spatula. Add sprinkles.

Refrigerator for at least 90 minutes to set. The bark is ready when it easily peels off the parchment paper.

Once set, remove the bark from the parchment paper and break it into pieces.

Just letting you know you forgot a step of where to sprinkle the green sprinkles and the heart sprinkles.
