Children: Weigh out the ingredients. Older children can do this by themselves with supervision and little ones can help to pour or spoon ingredients into the <a href="https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/howto/guide/baking-equipment">weighing scales</a>. Put 50g butter, 100g milk or dark chocolate, broken into chunks and 3 tbsp golden syrup in a saucepan or microwavable bowl. Put 100g cornflakes in another large <a href="https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/content/top-five-mixing-bowls">bowl</a>.

Grown ups: Melt the weighed butter, chocolate and golden syrup in the <a href="https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/content/five-best-saucepans">saucepan</a> over a low heat or briefly in the microwave. Allow to cool a little before pouring over the cornflakes.

Children: Stir the ingredients together gently using a <a href="https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/howto/guide/baking-equipment">wooden spoon</a>. Spoon the mixture into 12 cupcake cases arranged on a muffin tray (or baking sheet, if you don’t have one). Grown ups will need to do this for younger children or simply arrange on a tray and let the mess happen. Put in the fridge to set.

Combine corn flakes, flour and seasonings in shallow dish. Whisk eggs, milk and Worcestershire sauce in separate shallow dish until blended.

Heat oil to 350°F in large skillet on medium-high heat. Dip chicken, 1 drumstick at a time, in egg mixture, then in corn flake mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each drumstick with each ingredient.

Add chicken, in batches if necessary, to skillet; cook 15 min. or until golden brown and done (165ºF), turning after 8 min.

Dans un saladier, écrasez les corn flakes à la main. Versez le miel bien liquide. Mélangez puis versez dans des moules à barres. Tassez bien et enfournez 10 minutes à 150°C. Laissez refroidir 2 heures.

375 g μέλι

300 g κουβερτούρα

300 g φυστικοβούτυρο

Αμυγδαλόψιχα ωμή

Καρυδόψιχα ωμή

Φυστίκια πίνατς ψημένα και αλατισμένα (προαιρετικά)

Αλέθω τα δημητριακά με τους ξηρούς καρπούς στο μπλέντερ να γίνουν σκόνη. Έβαλα περίπου 2 χούφτες από κάθε ξηρό καρπό.

Ζεσταίνω το φυστικοβούτυρο με το μέλι και την κουβερτούρα σε μπεν μαρί.

Περιχύνω πάνω στα δημητριακά με τους ξηρούς καρπούς και ανακατεύω καλά.

Στρώνω ομοιόμορφα σε ένα ταψί με λαδόκολλα. Στρώνω από πάνω άλλη μια λαδόκολλα και πατάω με τα χέρια να γίνει ομοιόμορφο. Κόβω τώρα γιατί όταν μπουν στο ψυγείο θα κόβονται με μεγάλη δυσκολία.

Αφήνω στο ψυγείο μέχρι να παγώσουν καλά.

Κόβω σε μπάρες και τυλίγω σε αλουμινόχαρτο.

Διατηρούνται στο ψυγείο. Εμείς τις προτιμάμε μαλακές και τις αφήνουμε από βραδύς έξω.
