Boxed Yellow Cake Mix

butter

can sweetened condensed milk

coconut

To a 9 x 13 pan, add both cans of crushed pineapple with the juice.

Spread dry cake mix over the top.

Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the dry cake mix.

Pour the melted butter as evenly as possible across the top.

Sprinkle the coconut on the top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.

Pineapple Dump Cake

15.25 oz cake mix ((white or yellow cake mix))

butter ((1 stick or 8 tablespoons - melted))

brown sugar ((packed))

preheat

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously butter or spray a 9x13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In the bottom of your prepared pan, add the 2 cans of drained pineapple tidbits (or a combination of 1 can of pineapple tidbits and 1 can of crushed pineapple). Spread the pineapple out evenly in the pan. *Be sure to reserve the juice from one of the cans to add to the topping!

Add the cake mix by sprinkling it evenly over the top of the pineapple. Drizzle the reserved pineapple juice over the top of the cake mix layer, then add the melted butter. Try to moisten as much of the surface of the cake mix as possible.

crumble

Crumble the light brown sugar over the top of the cake mix then cover the baking dish with a sheet of aluminum foil.

bake

Bake in the middle of the center rack of your oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes, then remove the aluminum foil and finish baking the pineapple dump cake for an additional 15 minutes. The top of your cake should be golden browned and slightly crunchy when done.

serve

Remove from the oven when done and allow to cool slightly (about 10 minutes) before serving warm.

Open the can of cherry pie filling and the can of crushed pineapple. Do not drain the juice from the crushed pineapple. Set aside.

Melt

Melt the butter in the microwave in a spouted glass measuring cup.

Directions

Dump

Dump the cherry pie filling into a 9 x 13 baking dish. 

Pour

Pour the undrained can of crushed pineapple into the baking dish. 

 With a large spoon mix together the cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple until completely combined.

Sprinkle

 Open the box of Red Velvet cake mix. Cut the top off of the bag. Dump the cake mix into the 9 x 13-inch pan on top of the cherries and pineapple.

Spread

 Using the back of a large wooden spoon very carefully spread the dry cake mix over the cherry and pineapple in the baking dish.

Drizzle

 Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the dry cake mix.

Bake

 Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

Cool

 Carefully remove the hot baking pan from the oven and allow the dump cake to cool before serving.

Serve

 Serve the warm Red Velvet Dump Cake with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with baking spray.

In a large bowl whip together pumpkin, evaporated milk, vanilla, granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, pumpkin pie spice, salt and eggs using an electric mixer or whisk. Whip until fully combined then pour into the baking dish.

After soreading the lemon filling i sprinled a half pint of sweet blueberries. Then the fream cheese and cake mix and flour. Yhe fresh blueberries cuts some of the richmes of the lemon filling without blending like the blueberry filling does.
