Easy Deviled Eggs Mexican Street Corn Style

eggs

mayonnaise

Cotija cheese grated

paprika

tsp chipotle cili powder

cilantro

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.

Carefully add the eggs one at a time and set a timer for 10 minutes.

Fill a large bowl with ice and water.

Once the eggs are ready transfer them to the ice bath until cool enough to handle.

Peel the eggs and then half each egg long ways.

Scoop the yolks out into a bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients and season with salt and black pepper.

Smash the mixture with a potato maser or a fork until smooth and creamy.

Place each hollow egg white facing up and transfer the filling to a piping bag.

Pipe some of the mixture into each egg white half.

Place onto your serving plate and garnish the eggs with extra corn, cheese and cilantro.

Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs

cheddar cheese

black pepper

salt

honey Dijon mustard

garlic powder

mayonnaise (I use Dukes Mayo)

jar chopped pimentos, drained

Smoky Paprika

Remove cooked yolks from eggs into a bowl, add the sharp cheddar cheese, black pepper, salt, mustard, garlic powder and mayonnaise. Mix with a mixer.  Stir in pimentos. Fill each egg half with filling and sprinkle smoky paprika on top.  Makes 24 deviled eggs.

Chill your hard-boiled eggs for at least an hour or overnight.

Slice eggs in half and remove yolk to a bowl.

Mash yolks with a fork until all crumbled.

Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to egg yolks and mix well.

Spoon egg yolk mixture into egg white.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Deviled Eggs Recipe

Fill a medium pot with enough water to cover eggs and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once water is boiling, gently lower eggs into the water using a strainer ladle. Turn the heat down to a simmer, and simmer eggs for 15 minutes.

Once done, transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.

Remove eggs from water and tap on the counter to crack. Remove shells and rinse eggs.

Carefully cut each egg lengthwise, remove the yolk, and transfer yolks to a small bowl. Set egg whites aside.

Add mayonnaise and mustard to yolks and whip with a fork. Add salt and pepper to taste. When ready to serve, spoon mixture into the hole of each egg white and sprinkle with paprika.

Deviled Eggs

This classic Deviled Eggs recipe is easy to make, incredibly delicious and is a crowd pleasing appetizer that everyone will enjoy! A creamy, tangy filling is the key to the best deviled eggs and this recipe certainly delivers! One of our all time favorite party appetizer recipes!

mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)

yellow mustard (or Dijon mustard)

dill pickle relish (optional, can use 1 dill pickle diced instead)

hot sauce (optional)

white vinegar (optional)

sweet paprika

Cut eggs.

Peel your hard boiled eggs and slice them in half. Scoop out the egg yolks and add them to a small bowl. Set the whites aside.

Make filling.

Use a fork to mash up the egg yolks until no large pieces remain. Mix in the mayonnaise, mustard, dill pickle relish, hot sauce, vinegar, and black pepper.

Fill eggs.

Use a spoon or piping bag to fill each egg white with the filling mixture.

Garnish.

Chill and serve.

This classic deviled eggs appetizer is easy to make and perfect for gatherings, holidays, or anytime you&#039;re craving a tasty snack!

Place the eggs into a pot and fill with water to only a 1/2-inch above the eggs. Bring to a boil then cover and remove the pot from the heat.  Let the eggs sit covered for 15 minutes.

In a large bowl, prepare an ice water bath.  Place the eggs into the bath and let sit for 10 minutes.  Peel the eggs.

Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks to a small bowl.

Add the mayo, mustard, and vinegar to the bowl and mash the yolks.  Mix well until smooth and creamy.   Test the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Fill the mixture into a plastic bag and cut the tip off or add to a piping bag.  Pipe the mix into the egg white halves and top with the paprika and chives for garnish.  Enjoy!
