Best Ever Almond Flour Keto Bread

egg whites (at room temperature)

eggs (white & yolk, at room temperature)

almond flour

butter (melted)

tsp baking powder

tsp xanthan gum

salt

/ 120 milliliters warm water

Preheat your oven to 180 Celsius / 350 Fahrenheit

Beat the 2 eggs and the 2 additional egg whites. (You can reserve the 2 leftover yolks for mayonnaise)

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until you have a smooth dough. Don't over-mix.&nbsp;

Fill into a lined baking tin (I used a small loaf pan 7 x 3.5 inch / 18 x 9 cm / 450 ml volume) and bake for ca 45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean

Tried it today and it turned out great!  I also made keto sausage soup with onions, celery, kale, squash, chicken broth and heavy cream for the main dish.  At meal time I toasted the bread (twice) until it was crunchy, sliced it into french-fry-sized pieces, then dipped the pieces in olive oil, grated cheese and garlic & herb sprinkles.  Hit the spot.

I tried this recipe for the first time tonight. 
I made a couple changes. I added a little extra baking powder, no cream of tartar, and I 
added a 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. 
Yes, it is a little “eggy” tasting But the texture is 
really good.

This bread is not yummy with just butter... it’s like the bread is flavorless so you have to put something on it

This recipe for fathead keto rolls is the best you will ever have. These keto bread rolls are fluffy and taste like the holiday rolls your grandma used to make!

The Best Keto Bread Rolls

mozzarella cheese

cream cheese

coconut flour

buttermilk or plain low carb yogurt

baking soda

baking powder

In a small glass bowl, add shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave at 1 minute intervals until the cheese is melted and cream cheese has softened. If you don't want to use a microwave, melt the shredded cheese over the stovetop in a non-stick skillet and use softened cream cheese.

To a food processor, add remaining ingredients and melted cheeses. Pulse until combined. You may also combine the ingredients using an electric mixer; however, the dough comes together evenly and faster using a food processor.

Wet your hands with some water or oil in order to handle the dough. This will prevent the dough from sticking to your hands. Grab a handful of dough, form it into a ball and place on a parchment lined baking tray. Continue with remaining dough. You can form your desired size. Dough balls larger than 2.5 inches wide, will require longer cooking times. Evenly place dough balls on the tray spacing about 1 inch apart.

Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 13-18 minutes or until hardened on the outside and slightly firm on the inside. Let cool for 3-5 minutes before eating.

Keto Focaccia Bread

rosemary

tbsp baking powder

garlic powder

extra virgin olive oil

water

Coarse sea salt (for sprinkling)

rosemary leaves (for sprinkling)

Preheat the oven to 325F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease the parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, protein powder, rosemary, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Add the olive oil, eggs, and egg whites and mix until well combined.

Stir in just enough water to form a sticky dough. Turn the dough out onto the prepared baking sheet and use wet hands to spread to a 9x12 inch rectangle.

Use your fingertips to dimple the surface of the bread lightly, then sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary leaves.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until the bread is golden on the edges and firm to the touch. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Keto Bread in 2 Minutes! This is the BEST easy keto bread recipe you'll try. Each slice of bread has just 1 NET CARB, and it's made with almond flour and just a few other ingredients.

Easy Keto Bread Recipe ( 2 Minute Keto Bread)

Cup (56 grams) Blanched Almond Flour

Scoop (15 grams) Unflavored Whey Protein

Tsp (2 grams) Confectioners Erythritol

Heaping 1/2 Tsp (2-3 grams) Baking Powder

Tsp Xanthan Gum

Water

Add all the ingredients to a medium sized bowl.

Mix until the ingredients dissolve into one another and a thick batter forms.

Coat a 3 cup Tupperware dish with baking spray, evenly spread out the batter in the dish, and microwave for 1-2 minutes depending on the power of your microwave.

*Note: My microwave is 700 Watts (it's very weak) about 2 minutes is the perfect amount of time

Once it's cooled cut it in half horizontally, and the cut those half's in half to make 4 slices of toast.

MADE IT!! OMFG...So awesome! This is a life saver.

I don't use a microwave so I put it in the oven at 350˚ for 15 minutes.  It is glorious!!  Next time I make it I will be making a grilled cheese sandwich.  Oh how I miss grilled cheese sandwiches!!

I don't miss bread. Rarely even have  a craving for it. But my morning coffee with "toast" and butter is a dream breakfast. So I tried many "breads" some good (very complicated to make), most not so much.
Pros:
No eggs so no eggy taste! 
That small amount of sweetener (I use Lakanto) takes it over the top to a real-what-I-remember bread taste. 
After letting it set a minute, sliced and toasted.
Cons:
A bit fragile, but hey! NOT A REAL PROBLEM.

Hey Joe...I love your recipes and I have a question for you to clarify. In the video, you slice the bread into four (4) pieces. Is each one of those four (4) pieces 1 Net Carb? I just need to clarify because it was good I ate the whole thing, lol! I think I just enjoyed a four (4) carb piece of bread. The texture is especially good toasted as you confirmed. 2 MINUTE Keto Bread | How To Make Low Carb Bread For Keto | 1 NET CARB

A Keto Yeast Bread Recipe made in less than 5 minutes! This is THE BEST, easy to make, low carb yeast bread for the ketogenic diet. It's got the perfect chewiness to it, a delicious tanginess from the yeast, and it toasts incredibly well. Plus each slice of bread has just 1.5g NET CARBS!

Keto Yeast Bread | Easy, Low Carb, &amp; Made in 5 Minutes

Cup (86 grams) Blanched Almond flour

Scoop (22 grams) Isopure Unflavored Whey Protein Powder

Tsps (6 grams) Confectioners Swerve

Tsp (3 grams) RapidRise Yeast

Tsp Baking Powder

Salt

Cup (100 grams) Hot Water

***I HIGHLY recommend using a food scale for this recipe***

In a medium-sized bowl add all of the dry ingredients.

Now add the water, and mix until a thick "paste" consistency forms in the bowl.

Once it does, coat a square glass sandwich container with baking spray, and add the batter to it.

Use a spatula to evenly spread it out in the dish, and then microwave for around 2:30.

Add 15 seconds of cook-time as needed until the top is firm.

***My microwave is 1100Watts and 2:30-3:00 is always about the right amount of time. Cook-times may vary depending on the Wattage of your microwave.

If you decide to bake the bread in the oven make sure to USE PARCHMENT PAPER. The bread can stick to the glass dish, and be a pain to get out, and the paper will ensure you can get it out of the dish as easy as possible.

Anyways, cook the bread in the oven at 350 Degrees Farenheit for around 15 minutes.

Cook just until the top is firm and golden brown.

Let the bread cool down in the dish until it reaches room temperature.

When it does, remove the bread from the dish, and use a bread knife to cut it in half.

Then use a larger knife to cut it into quarters.

Store in a sealed container for a couple of days.

A very good substitute for bread and much easier and faster than other low carb breads. I dried it and used it for stuffing. One recipe will give you about 2 cups of bread cubes. It even smells like wheat flour bread.

I had my first deli sandwich in 2 1/2 years with this incredible bread.  Toasts like a champ, but faster than conventional bread.  I use it for pizza crust as well, but I toast it just a bit first. FANTASTIC!

Preheat oven

Melt cheeses

Add shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to a microwave safe bowl and microwave at 60 second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted. 

Pulse until dough forms

To a food processor, add melted cheese, eggs, almond flour, protein powder, sour cream, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Pulse until combined.

Place almond flour bread dough in a loaf pan

Add the bread dough to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and coated with cooking spray.

Bake

Bake in a 325 degree oven for 30-32 minutes. Let cool for 3-5 minutes before removing from the loaf pan.
