Everything Bagel Cucumber Bites

In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. Set aside.

Use a sharp knife to peel alternating strips of skin from the cucumber. Slice the cucumber crosswise into 1/4 inch thick slices and place on a platter.

In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, yogurt, garlic powder, and salt until well combined and smooth.

Preheat the oven to 400F.

Pour 2 tablespoon of grated cheese onto a silicone lined baking sheet (highly recommended for this) and lightly pat down with your fingers to make about 4 inches round.

Bake 3 minutes, until almost done.

Combine the sesame seeds, onion, garlic and poppy seeds in a small bowl.

Preheat oven to 425˚F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil; set aside.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg and milk. Set aside.

In another mixing bowl or plate, combine flour, breadcrumbs, everything bagel seasoning, and paprika.

Dip chicken tenders, one at a time, into the bread mixture; then, dip into the egg mixture, pull up the chicken and let excess egg drip off. Finally, roll it in the breading mixture one more time.

Place the breaded chicken tenders on previously prepared baking sheet.

Spray olive oil evenly over the chicken tenders.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Flip the chicken over, spray with cooking oil, and continue to cook for 8 more minutes, or until golden brown, and internal temperature registers at 165˚F.

Preheat oven to 375° and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.

In a large nonstick pan over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter. When butter is foamy, reduce heat to low and add egg mixture. Cook, stirring often with a spatula, until eggs are just set. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.

Unroll one can of crescents onto greased baking sheet and pinch seams together so it's a solid layer of pastry without gaps. Add a layer of ham then top with scrambled eggs, chives, and cheese. Unroll second crescent dough and place on top of cheese. Pinch together crescent sheets to seal.

Melt remaining butter in microwave. Brush melted butter on top of crescent dough then sprinkle with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, minced onion, and dried garlic. Season with&nbsp;flaky sea salt.

Bake until crescent dough is golden and cooked through, about 25 to 30 minutes. (If the crescent dough is browning too quickly, cover with foil.)

Let cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing into squares.

I made a couple batches of this Christmas morning, in 9x13 pans.  The entire family loved it. Everybody in my family are good cooks. I mean seriously they went nuts over it.  Everyone wanted the recipe.  I used the packaged Black Forest ham and because it seemed a bit wet, I patted each piece with a paper towel.  I also misread the instructions and put the ham down then the cheese and then the eggs on top sprinkle with chives.  It didn't seem to matter with how it all went together.  I also only used 8 eggs per batch based on what I had read in previous reviews.  It was plenty.   The bottom crust was not soggy at all.

This dish was very good my family liked it. I used turkey and rotisserie chicken sandwich meat instead of ham. Nice recipe!

This is a great recipe! I halved it for only my husband and I but I recommend to only cook for half the time mentioned above because of the smaller size. I would also recommend to watch how much dried garlic you put on because it could come out fast and have a strong taste once cooked.

I did it!  Easter Breakfast for the family.  Did not have some of the spices so I substituted with Italian seasoning, parsley flakes and to bring it up a notch I added crush peppers and garlic.

Made this but left out chives. It came out perfect but I cut back on eggs by 4.get the big roll of crescents it covered small baking sheet with a few left over.was able to make 8 nice size portions.try it.make it ur own.dont let other opinions hinder u.

Serves 6 maximum,  8 is a stretch. And dont expect dough to fit entire baking sheet. more like a 9x13 size actually.

Put the water in a pot large enough to hold the rice (it doubles in size as it cooks). Cover it and bring to a boil. When the water&#39;s boiling, add the rinsed rice, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir to incorporate.

Bring the water to a simmer with the pot uncovered. When steam vents begin to form on the surface, about 3 minutes, reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Rest it off the heat for 10 minutes. Then, remove the lid.

While the rice cooks, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan set over medium heat. When the dairy solids turn golden brown, add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the spinach to the pan along with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Sauté until it has wilted, about 3 minutes.

Smooth the surface of the spinach and make two indentations with a large spoon. Crack the eggs into a small bowl and then add them to the indentations. Cook, uncovered, until the egg whites become opaque, about 3 minutes.

Fluff up the rice. Dice the last tablespoon of butter. Add it to the rice along with the everything bagel seasoning and mix it in.

The last step is sprinkling the whole sheet with everything bagel topping. Place into the oven and bake at 200 Celsius or 390 Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes.

Add a small amount of water (about 2 inches) to a medium sized sauce pan. Bring the water to a boil then add the edamame. Cook for about 5 minutes until the edamame are tender. Drain well. (If you are using pre steamed edamame, just follow the defrost instructions on the package.)

Add the Potatoes and 1 tsp of Salt to a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10-12 minutes, until the potatoes are fork-tender. Drain the Potatoes and rinse them with cold water, to stop them from cooking further.

In the meantime, whisk the vegan mayo, mustard, and vinegar together in the base of a large bowl. Add in the celery, green onion, diced pickle, pickled red onions, and 1tbsp of everything bagel seasoning; mix until well-combined.

Once the potatoes have cooked, add them to the large bowl and fold them in with the remaining ingredients. Add extra salt and pepper to taste, if necessary. Transfer to a serving bowl, then sprinkle the remaining everything bagel seasoning on top. Serve chilled; leftovers will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
