Blackstone Cowboy Stir-Fry

lb Russet Potatoes (thin sliced)

Medium White Onion (chopped)

Garlic Cloves (minced)

Salt

Pepper

Paprika

tsp Parsley

tbsp Oil

lbs Kielbasa Sausage (cut into ½inch chunks)

Zucchinis

Red Bell Pepper (cut into ½inch chunks)

Italian Dressing

In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oil, parsley, and paprika. In another mixing bowl, combine kielbasa, zucchini, bell pepper and Italian dressing.

Heat griddle to medium-high heat. Add potato mixture and flatten out to almost a single layer. Cook for 5 minutes, then do your best to flip it all over and cook another 5 minutes.

Add in sausage mixture and combine with potato mixture will spreading back out into a mostly single layer. Let cook for 5 minutes on each side.

Remove from griddle and let sit for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with your favorite hot sauce or maybe a fried egg.

This is a perfect beginner meal for new blackstone griddle owners.  It&#39;s customizable, full of veggies and comes together in minutes.

Cup Banchans Japanese BBQ sauce (or soy suace)

Heat griddle to 375-400 degrees and put down a thin layer of oil.

Put down ground meat and white parts of green onions.  Brown for 3-4 minutes per side.

Add garlic and ginger, sautee for a minute then mix with ground meat.

After the meat is fully cooked add the cole slaw and water chestnuts next to it.

Cook for 1 to 2 minutes then mix it all together and make a well in the middle.

Add oil to the well then crack your egg in there.  Scramble your egg and mix everything together.

Turn off your burners, add Japanese BBQ, Siracha and sesame oil then give it a final mix together with two spatulas.

Top with Yum Yum sauce and the rest of the sliced green onions and enjoy!

Chicken Fried Rice is easy to make at home and so good! This is one of my favorite griddle recipes.

Easy Chicken Fried Rice

long grain white rice (cooked and cooled)

chicken breast

bacon (chopped)

Sesame oil

oz bag frozen mixed veggies

Salt (pepper, garlic powder)

eggs

soy sauce

green onions

Buffalo Wild Wings Sweet & Sour Sauce

Cook 2 cups of long grain white rice following the directions on the package. Let cool and place in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours. You can also do this step the night before you plan on making it.

Cut chicken into small pieces and chop 6 pieces of uncooked bacon.

Heat a griddle to about medium heat and add 1 tbsp of sesame oil to the griddle. Add the chicken and chopped bacon. Season the chicken with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let cook and stir everything around.

Once the bacon is cooked, scoot the bacon over on the griddle and add the cooked rice on top of where you cooked the bacon. Add a little more sesame oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add some soy sauce to the rice. I probably used about 1 tbsp of soy sauce, but you can add as much as you’d like.

Next, add the bag of frozen veggies next to the rice.

Stir the rice and bacon together well. Next, make a well in the middle of the rice and add a little bit more oil and add 4 eggs. Stir to scramble them and let them cook until they are done to your liking.

Mix in the chicken and veggies. Spread the rice out on the griddle and let cook until the rice is golden brown and fried.

Top with chopped green onions and your favorite sauce. I really like this with Sweet and Sour sauce! Enjoy!
