Chocolate Peanut Butter Healthy High Protein French Toast

Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Tbsp Chocolate protein powder *

Cocoa powder

tsp Vanilla extract ((I use a pinch of stevia))

(and

peanut butter

Tbsp Mini chocolate chips

In a large baking dish, stir together the egg whites, protein powder, cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla extract and sweeten to taste.

Place the bread in the egg mixture and let soak for 10 minutes. Flip and let the bread soak another 10 minutes.

Once the bread is ready, spray a griddle (or large pan) with cooking spray and heat to medium heat.

Cook the bread until lightly golden brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Pop the peanut butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds-1 minute until smooth and melted.

Pour the peanut butter over the french toast and garnish with chocolate chips and DEVOUR.

An incredibly easy and healthy, tasty and peachy baked oats recipe that will keep you satiated. Topped with some nut butter and your favorite fruits, it's bound to become your new breakfast staple or go-to snack!

Easy Peachy Berry Baked Oats

rolled oats (1 cup)

250 milliliters plant based milk

cinnamon

tsp vanilla extract

egg (optional)

peach

blackberries

pecans

Nut butter (hazelnut / almond),

Combine rolled oats, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, sweetener and nuts in a bowl.

Taste the mixture and adjust to your preferred sweetness, then, if desired, add an egg and mix until combined. Egg is optional but is good for extra protein.

Transfer mixture into an oven-safe / cast iron pan. Pop berries and fruit on top and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Prep these Cranberry Overnight Oats before you go to bed and when you wake up in the morning a deliciously satisfying and festive breakfast will be waiting for you!

Cranberry Overnight Oats

old fashioned oats

tsp chia seeds

greek yogurt

milk ((or dairy/dairy substitute of your choice))

cranberry sauce ((leftover

cranberries ((1/2 bag))

Tbsp sugar

Tbsp honey

Tbsp orange juice or apple cider

water

Combine old-fashioned oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, milk, and cinnamon in a large bowl and stir to combine.

Layer oat mixture in two 8 oz. mason jars, alternating with cranberry sauce. I recommend 3 Tbsp oats, 2 Tbsp cranberry sauce, 3 Tbsp oats, 2 Tbsp cranberry sauce, and then topping each jar with remaining oats mixture.

Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.

Combine cranberries, sugar, honey,  juice, and water in a medium saucepan over medium-high.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until cranberries have burst and liquid is reducing, about 10 minutes.

Turn heat to low and simmer until cranberry sauce thickens and becomes syrupy, about 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and cool completely before using.

Cranberry Sauce

Korean Cabbage Omelet

green cabbage

green onions, thinly sliced (whites and greens divided)

eggs,

carrots

cheddar cheese

tsp umami seasoning blend

salt

garlic powder

tbsp mayo (we used aquafaba mayo)

tsp sugar-free ketchup (we used paleo ketchup)

tsp coconut aminos

tsp chili garlic sauce

black pepper

Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

Prep vegetables then heat an 8&#8243; or 9&#8243; nonstick skillet over low to medium-low heat with a cover. While pan is heating, add eggs, water, umami seasoning, salt, and garlic powder to a medium bowl and beat together. Add cabbage, onion whites, and carrots and toss to coat. Add the oil to the heated pan, then add the mixture in an even layer. Replace cover and cook until lightly golden on the bottom, 2-3 minutes. Use lower heat for a smaller pan since the omelet will be thicker.

Carefully slide the omelet (uncooked side up) onto a large plate, cover with the skillet, and flip. This ensures the omelet will not break apart while flipping. Top with shredded cheese, return to burner, cover, and cook until lightly golden on the bottom, firm throughout, and cheese is melted on top.

Once fully cooked, fold the omelet in half, then cut in half crosswise to form two equal servings. Transfer to plates and serve immediately, topped with onion greens, and with sauce on the side or drizzled on top.
