Mango Chia Seeds Milk Shake - Healthy and Nutritious, this shake is perfect to start your day lite and healthy. Milk shakes are always favorite of kids, addition of Mango is like Cherry on top for all  - both kids and adult alike and Chia Seeds are my little secret to have max Health benefit too. I have added very less sugar in this shake. You can increase or skip sugar per your taste Or I suggest to add 1 tbsp of Agave Syrup instead. Also for vegan alternative, use Almond milk instead of regular low-fat milk.

Mango Chia Seeds Milk Shake

Cup Milk, Almond Milk or Low fat milk

mango

tbsp Chia Seeds, Soaked overnight in 1/2 cup water

tbsp Sugar, Optional

Soak Chia Seeds overnight in 1/2 cup water.

Mix Chia seeds with 1/2 cup milk and stir well to separate all seeds ( Chia seeds tends to develop gelatinous coating and glue together).

Combine 1 and 1/2 cup milk, sugar, mango in bowl or Jar

Blend all ingredients till mango is blended well in the milk. Add Chia seed soaked in milk and stir well to combine.

Pour in glasses and garnish with mango wedges to serve this healthy and yummy Mango Milk Shake

Detox Lemon Ginger Green Tea

In a teapot or saucepan, over medium heat combine the water, green tea bags, lemon juice, chopped ginger, ground cayenne pepper, cinnamon, turmeric, and honey or agave.

Bring to a boil, turn heat down to simmer so flavors blend, about 5 minutes.

Pour into mugs. Can drink hot or refrigerated for later.

Note if you don't like the texture of the chia seeds you can add everything to a blender and blend on high to crush the seeds. Place the refrigerator for about an hour to thicken the drink. It will be thicker though if you don't blend at all.

Chocolate Avocado Smoothie

I love turmeric lattes because they are so cozy and comforting, but it also feels like you're drinking to health.  It's a simple blend of almond milk, turmeric, coconut oil, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, vanilla, peppercorn, and agave. The result is a glowing cup ready to be sipped and savoured.

In a saucepan combine almond milk and water. Bring to a simmer. Add turmeric, ginger, coconut oil, and agave. Whisk to combine. Add cardamom pods, cinnamon stick and pepper corns. Simmer milk for 5-10 minutes.

Remove cardamom and cinnamon. Pour latte through a mesh sieve/strainer into two cups to catch peppercorns, and ensure latte is smooth in consistency.

Strawberry juice is a sweet, nutritious, and refreshing drink made from just one ingredient &mdash; strawberries! Make a batch in 5 minutes or less!

Strawberry Juice (Ready in 5 Minutes)

First, wash the strawberries in cold water. If you prefer, stem the strawberries, but it&rsquo;s completely fine to leave them on.

Add strawberries to a blender and mix on high until smooth.

If you prefer no pulp or seeds in your juice, strain it through a fine-mesh strainer or nut milk bag.
