4 Easy Fruit Sorbet Recipes

raspberries

raw honey

lemon juice

warm water, (as needed)

peaches, (sliced (approx. 3 1/2 cups))

watermelon, (diced)

lime juice

raw honey (to taste (if watermelon is not sweet enough))

mangos, (diced (approx. 3 1/2 cups))

Lay out the fresh raspberries over a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Freeze the raspberries until completely solid, which should take at least 3-4 hours, but I usually just leave them in the freezer overnight.

Place the frozen raspberries into the bowl of a food processor or heavy duty blender, along with a little raw honey, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Blend until smooth.

You may need to add a little warm water and press down with a spatula to help the process along.

Eat immediately for a softer texture, or transfer into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm.

Raspberry Sorbet

Dice the fresh mangos and then lay them out over a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Freeze the mango until completely solid, which should take at least 3-4 hours, or overnight.

Place the frozen diced mango into the bowl of a food processor or heavy duty blender, along with freshly squeezed lime juice.

Mango Sorbet

Remove the rind from a seedless watermelon and dice into cubes.

Lay out the cubed watermelon over a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Freeze the watermelon until completely solid, which should take at least 3-4 hours, or overnight.

Place the frozen watermelon into the bowl of a food processor or heavy duty blender, along with freshly squeezed lime juice, and raw honey. &nbsp;(I’ve found letting the frozen watermelon sit at room temperature for 3-5 minutes before blending really helps make the process easier.)

Watermelon Sorbet

Slice the ripe peaches and remove the pit.

Lay out the fresh peach slices over a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Freeze the peach slices until completely solid, which should take at least 3-4 hours, or overnight.

Place the frozen peach slices into the bowl of a food processor or heavy duty blender, along with a little raw honey, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Full Fat Stonyfield Greek Yogurt

Whisk together the Stonyfield Greek Yogurt and the honey until smooth. 

Pour the mixture into the ice cream machine and process according to your machine’s directions. Once done, remove and transfer to a freezer safe container. Or, scoop and serve as needed. 

Serve with any desired toppings. 

I used this recipe with a whynter ice cream maker. Although it came out beautiful initially, after freezing it overnight it was so hard and impossible to scoop even after leaving it on our counter at 80 degrees for about 20 minutes. I recommend making it and enjoying immediately!

Sugar Free Orange Sorbet

In a saucepan on medium-low heat, boil together the water with the stevia. I suggest that you stir this as it heats up. Allow the syrup to boil for five minutes. Then turn off the heat and allow the syrup to cool.

Once the syrup has cooled, you can use a whisk to blend together the orange juice with the syrup. Then transfer this to your freezer container and freeze for three hours.

Every 30 minutes you will need to stir the mixture with a spoon so as not to crystallize the surface. Repeat this process every thirty minutes until the sorbet becomes creamy and free of sugar crystals (can take up to four hours).

A super light, fresh, cooling fresh fruit sorbet, perfect for summer and Vegan friendly!

4 Ingredient Peach Sorbet

lemon

kosher salt

Peel Peaches: Peel and pit the peaches. See notes for how to peel peaches based on ripeness. Add peaches to a freezer safe container and freeze until they are firm, usually about 2 -4 hrs.

Blend: In a food processor, add frozen peaches, sugar, salt, and lemon juice and blend until creamy.

Freeze: Transfer to a loaf pan (or other freezer safe container) and freeze (4 hrs to three days).

Scoop and enjoy!

This turned out amazing! I agree with another commented that the peaches need to be just slightly soft. If you start the process and it is just fluffy/chunky ice give it time to melt a little and it will turn into the sorbet! trust the process it's delicious.

This is amazing! Turned out beautifully. Make sure your peaches are a little soft going in the food processor. Ours were fully frozen and didn’t start to get creamy until they melted a bit to blend it all together. Love it and so does my 8 yr old!

This is wayyy beyond “mmmm delicious “ !! It is so so good! It is a little bit before 8:30 in the morning, but I was so anxious to make this, I froze the peaches last night. I did not use lemon juice because I didn’t have any and didn’t want to bother going to the store; I forgot about the salt. I used fresh peaches from Sam’s Club. This is so incredibly good.
