Easy Baked Everything Salmon Recipe

The BEST Asian Low-Carb/Keto recipe for Seared Salmon with Garlic Butter Sauce that is so delicious.  Net Carb / Serving ~1g.  Step by step directions with pictures makes this recipe so quick and easy.

Yuzu Garlic Butter Japanese Style Seared Salmon

lb Salmon Fillet (we prefer skin on, but it's up to you)

Salt

Black Pepper

tbsp Olive Oil

Stalk Green Onion

tbsp Butter

tsp Soy Sauce

Clove Garlic

Yuzu

Gather all the ingredients.

Pat down any juice on salmon with a paper towel and sprinkle salt and pepper evenly on both sides of the fillet.  Cut into 2 vertical slices about 1 inch width and set aside.

Place butter in a small mixing bowl and melt in microwave (about 20-30 seconds but this will vary on your microwave).

Grind garlic with a grinder or garlic press and place into melted butter along with Soy Sauce and Yuzu.  Mix well and set aside.

Cut green onions into thin slices and set aside.

Add oil into cast iron pan and place on high heat.  Once the oil starts to lightly smoke, reduce heat to medium-high and carefully place salmon fillets into cast iron pan skin down (please note oil will splatter so take precautions).  Cover and cook for 2-2.5 minutes (1.5-2 minutes for skinless).  Note - when searing, don't move the meat.

After searing one side, carefully flip the salmon to the other side, cover and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.  Carefully transfer salmon to a serving plate when done.  Note - the salmon will be very fragile so make sure to support the bottom.

Lightly drizzle garlic butter sauce and sprinkle chopped green onion over salmon.

Low Carb Keto Baked Salmon Patties

Trifecta salmon

1.5 Tbsp. Flax seeds, ground

Tsp. avocado oil

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Dice onion, and saute it in a saute pan by spraying with spray oil. Cook until translucent, season with salt and cool in the fridge.

Break salmon apart with hands. Transfer to food processor and pulse until a paste-like consistency is formed.

Add the whole liquid eggs, granulated garlic, avocado oil, ground flaxseed, and chopped parsley into the food processor. Season with a pinch of black pepper and salt. Pulse a few more times to combine. Transfer to a bowl scraping all sides with a spatula.

Form salmon patties into 4.2 oz patties. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet pan. Bake for 15 min. Broil for 5 to make a golden crust.

Make the chimichurri sauce as explained on the recipe.

Divide the mixture into 6 even-sized balls with your hands and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use your fingers to flatten each ball into a patty shape. 

Bake for 25 minutes, followed by 5 minutes under the broiler to give them a nice golden crust.

Perfectly cooked salmon with a delicious drizzle of garlic herb butter. A single sheet pan meal that comes together in less than 30 minutes, start to finish.&nbsp;

Keto Sheet Pan Salmon

Preheat the oven to 400F and place 2 tbsp of the butter on a rimmed baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the oven as it preheats.

Melt the remaining butter in a small bowl and whisk in the garlic, parsley and lemon zest.

Remove the pan from the oven when the butter is melted and add the cauliflower florets. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to coat in the butter. Bake 10 minutes.&nbsp;

Remove the pan from the oven and make space for the salmon filets. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then drizzle with plenty of the garlic butter.&nbsp;

Bake another 10 to 12 minutes, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. How long will depend on how thick your filets are.&nbsp;

Serve hot with wedges of lemon.&nbsp;

I don't think I've ever reviewed a recipe before, but this was seriously SO delicious. Very simple and easy ingredients, but this is a god send when just starting keto as I was quickly getting bored with food or finding it hard to think of things to cook.  I didn't have fresh parmesan, so I used the refrigerated grated kind, but it was still really good! I mixed the garlic in with the butter sauce then rubbed it over the salmon.

Whisk all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and allow to sit at room temperature while you make the salmon.

To Make the Sauce

Preheat oven to 400F.

Place the salmon on a wire rack, placed on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil (for easier cleanup).  Brush each piece with olive oil.  Sprinkle salt, pepper and dill over the tops.

Bake for 10 minutes. Increase the temperature to 450F and bake for another 5-8 minutes.

Serve with a healthy dollop of the sauce over the top of the salmon, and garnish with some dill and capers.  Store any leftover sauce in the fridge in an airtight jar for 5-7 days.

Baked Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce – Keto and Low Carb

This keto salmon recipe has tender, flaky salmon that melts in your mouth and a creamy garlic butter sauce that is full of flavor. And this garlic butter salmon has just 2 NET CARBS and is loaded with healthy fats, making this dish the perfect dinner recipe for the keto diet.

Keto Garlic Butter Salmon | Easy, Healthy, &amp; Low Carb

Tsp smoked paprika

Cup (250 milliliters) heavy cream

Tbsp butter

Cloves of garlic, minced

Cups (100 grams) fresh spinach

Just under ½ cup (40 grams) parmesan cheese

Vegetable (or chicken) Bouillon Cube

Lemon

Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season salmon with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Sear in the hot skillet (flesh-side down first) for 3-5 minutes on each side. Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside.

Melt the 3 tbsps. of butter in the same skillet. Sauté minced garlic and then add fresh spinach. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Reduce heat to low-medium heat, add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally. Add the boullion cube to the cream and let it simmer again (add water if necessary, if you like the sauce to be thinner).

Add the parmesan cheese and allow sauce to gently simmer for a another minute or so until the cheese melts and sauce thickens.

Add the salmon back into the pan, cover it with the sauce, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Probably wouldn’t bother with the bullion (sodium level), but other than that huge thumbs up from my boyfriend.

This was delicious!! For the buillion cube, I used "better than buillion" chicken flavor. They only change I made was added complete seasoning to the fish and the cream sauce. As a side I made lemon/sazon flavored cauliflower rice. I will definitely be using this recipe again!!! Thank you!

Wow!  This salmon was soooo good and so quick and easy. My husband and son raved about it. It will definitely go onto the regular weeknight dinner rotation. The ingredients are things I’ve pretty much always got on hand and only one pot to wash for the win!

This is so delicious, as I was making it just for myself, I cooked two salmon darnes and some prawns, and reduced the recipe.  Had the second piece of salmon the following day, reheats well in the oven covered.  So tasty, I had it with cauliflower mash. Yum yum yum

Easy Miso Butter Salmon

(6 oz.) portions sockeye salmon, coho salmon, or king salmon

High-heat cooking oil

unsalted grass-fed cow butter, room temperature

white miso paste,

broccoli florets, frozen or fresh

Arrange a steamer basket in a pot with about an inch of water. Cover and bring to a simmer.

Meanwhile, combine butter with 1 tablespoon of miso paste and lemon zest in a small bowl, mixing well. Add up to 1 more tablespoon of miso to taste, depending on your preference. Set aside.

Pat dry any excess moisture from your salmon fillets using a clean tea towel or paper towel, then lightly season with salt and pepper.

Heat up a skillet over medium-high heat, adding just enough cooking oil to just coat the bottom of the pan. Once the oil in the pan beings to shimmer (sizzling hot), carefully lower fillets skin-side down into pan. Using a fish spatula, give the fillets a firm press down against the pan ensure good skin to pan contact. Allow to sear undisturbed until fillet releases easily from pan with the help of a fish spatula, about 3 minutes. Carefully flip and allow to cook, another 1 to 3 minutes depending on thickness of fillet. Salmon is medium-rare when thickest part of fillet registers at 120F on an instant-read thermometer, or when fillet flakes easily with a fork. Transfer skin-side up to a serving platter, then top with about two teaspoons of miso butter.

While fillets are searing, add broccoli to simmering hot steamer basket and cover. Steam until crispy-tender, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a mixing bowl and toss in a spoonful of miso butter to coat, then serve alongside salmon fillets. Enjoy with a side of cauliflower rice if desired.
