Kraft Mac and Cheese in a Pressure Cooker

Add 1 1/2 c water into your pressure cooker, 1 3/4 c if you are adding hot dogs.

Add the noodles from your box of boxed macaroni and cheese, stir well so the water becomes a bit murky meaning the slight powder on the noodles is washed off. Add sliced hot dogs now if you want to add them. Stir again.

Close lid and steam valve and set to pressure high for 3 minutes.

Allow to naturally release for about 2 min. just so water doesn't spray out a bit when you release the pressure. Release rest of steam and open lid.&nbsp;Turn pot off.

Stir and break up noodles with a spoon, do not drain. Add butter and allow it to melt.

Pour in your packet of dry cheese and stir until dissolved. If you want it thinner add some of your milk slowly until it&#x27;s the consistency you want. Serve!!

Remove from the heat and serve hot

Every Canadian kid, past and present, is familiar with Kraft Dinner. It&#39;s what we all call boxed macaroni and cheese! Here&#39;s an homemade version that tastes even better than the original!

Homemade Kraft Dinner

macaroni, (cooked according to package instructions, drained, and set aside)

butter

heavy cream

seasoning salt

white pepper

turmeric

cheddar cheese, (grated)

In a large skillet, over medium heat, add the butter and heavy cream.  Melt the butter into the cream.

Add the seasoning salt, white pepper, and turmeric.  Whisk into the cream and butter mixture until well incorporated.

Next, add the cheese.  Stir the cheese into the cream until fully melted.

Add the cooked and drained pasta to the cheese and cream sauce.  Toss everything together until the ingredients are well combined and the sauce is evenly distributed.

Remove from heat.  Serve immediately.

With a few additional ingredients, transform Kraft Dinner or a box of regular Mac &amp; Cheese into a delicious Cheesy Macaroni Salad.  This salad is sure to be a very popular side dish at your dinner table!

Cheesy Macaroni Salad

boxes Macaroni and Cheese (Kraft Dinner)

red bell pepper

gherkins

onions

mayonnaise

black pepper

Prepare the macaroni pasta according to the package instructions.  Drain and rinse cooked macaroni under cold water.  Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the two packets of powdered cheese, mayonnaise, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.

Add the macaroni, red pepper, gherkins, and onions.  Toss to coat well in the cheese sauce.

Cover and refrigerate for two hours.  Before serving, toss again.

This Baked Catalina Chicken only takes 4 ingredient to make the most tender juicy chicken, coated in an amazingly delicious sweet and savory sauce.

Baked Catalina Chicken

chicken breast ((3-4 chicken breasts))

catalina dressing ((about 8 oz))

Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Worcestershire sauce

tbsp chopped green onion

Preheat the oven to 375˚F.

Combine the catalina dressing, onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce together and mix.

Trim any excess fat from the chicken and lay flat in a 2 qt baking dish. Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken and then turn the chicken to evenly coat.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (165˚F internal temperature)

Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve warm.
