chicken breasts ((2 portions))

Lea & Perrin's Chicken Marinade

vegetable oil

bread crumbs

Gruyere cheese (shredded)

white Cheddar (shredded)

Parmesan cheese (shredded)

Fontina cheese (shredded)

heavy cream

cheese blend

Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally, and place into a zip top bag and add marinade.  The chicken should marinate for at least 30 minutes, it is better if you allow it to marinate longer.  I like to let mine marinate overnight when possible.&nbsp;

Heat a large skillet to medium heat. Add a vegetable oil. When the vegetable oil heats up add chicken. Cook the chicken for 6 to 7 minutes on one side, then flip over and cook on the other side for 4 to 5 minutes. The chicken should have a lightly browned outside edge.&nbsp;

While the chicken is cooking toss together the cheeses (Gruyere, white Cheddar, Parmesan, and Fontina). If you desire to make the cheese sauce by heating together the heavy cream and 1/2 cup of the cheese in a small skillet over low heat. Also, add the Panko breadcrumbs to a small bowl and add the melted butter. Toss the Panko breadcrumbs with the melted butter until they are lightly coated with butter.

&nbsp;Set your oven to broil. To assemble the chicken place chicken on an oven safe dish or pan and add about 1 tablespoon of cheese sauce to the chicken, then add shredded cheese blend, then top with buttered Panko Bread Crumbs. Do this for each of the chicken breasts. Place the chicken under the broiler and broil for 3 to 4 minutes or until the cheese begins to brown.

Longhorn Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken Recipe- copycat from LongHorn Steakhouse. Grilled chicken topped with a creamy Ranch sauce and parmesan crumb topping. Chicken, ranch, garlic, parmesan, panko bread crumbs, provolone, butter. I made this tonight and it is AMAZING! Tastes just like the restaurant.

Longhorn Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken

boneless skinless chicken breasts,

provolone

olive oil

½ cup prepared ranch dressing

Worcestershire sauce

tsp vinegar

lemon juice

Tbsp minced garlic

tsp pepper

Parmesan

ranch dressing

panko bread crumbs

tsp garlic salt

Tbsp butter

Combine ingredients for marinade and pour over chicken.  Let marinate in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight.  Grill 12-15 minutes, until chicken is done.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the ranch spread and parmesan crumb topping.

Chicken

For the ranch spread, mix 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan and 1/4 cup ranch dressing. Set aside.

Ranch Spread

For Parmesan crumb topping, mix bread crumbs, garlic salt, shredded Parmesan and butter.  The crumbs should be evenly moistened.

Position rack in center of oven. Preheat broiler.

Transfer cooked chicken to oven-safe casserole dish. Spread 2 tablespoons ranch spread on each breast, then top with provolone and Parmesan crumb topping. Place chicken under broiler and cook until cheese melts and crumb topping begins to turn light brown.  Serve immediately.

Mushroom bisque soup with truffle oil is so rich and flavorful. It&#39;s prfect for those who love mushrooms.

Longhorn Steakhouse Mushroom Bisque

white button mushrooms (sliced)

baby portobello mushroom (sliced)

garlic

truffle oil

white onion

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat.

Add sliced mushrooms and chopped onion.

Sprinkle salt on the mushrooms and onions.

Sauté until the onions have become transparent and the mushrooms have released their water.

Add chopped garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.

Transfer the mushrooms and onions to a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat.

Add chicken broth and heat through.

Use either a stick blender or food processor to process the soup until the mushrooms are chopped very fine.

Add heavy cream and heat until the soup is warm.

Add truffle oil just before serving.

You may want to drizzle sour cream on the soup just before serving.

I would give this mushroom soup recipe more than 5 stars if I could.  I rarely rate or comment on recipes, but I have to on this one.  I’ve never had this at Longhorn Steakhouse, but this is so good that I don’t even care to try theirs, even if it is thinner as some are saying.  Good job Stephanie.

I just made this. Amazing. I used truffle oil instead of butter to saute the mushrooms and onions. I also made a roux by adding a litter flour to the saute. I did not use a stick blender or any other blender to chop the mushrooms up. I personally love mushrooms. I say this is very much like what I had at Long Horn and I got a bowl to go I loved it so much. Thank you for sharing. This is added to my recipes now.

You can't beat this macaroni and cheese it takes just like the Longhorn Steakhouse's version.

Mix pasta and sauce, and pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Top macaroni and cheese with crumbled bacon and panko breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until panko breadcrumbs begins to brown.

(8 ounces) sirloin steaks
