It's simple to make your own dairy free coconut yogurt in an Instant Pot. You only need two basic ingredients and a pressure cooker with a yogurt program.

Dairy Free Coconut Yogurt

coconut cream (2 cans)

capsules probiotic

gelatin (optional)

Pour coconut cream into Instant Pot.&nbsp;Put the lid on, then click the “Yogurt” button and use the “Adjust” button until “boil” is displayed.

When the boil temperature has been reached, the Instant Pot will beep. At that time, open the lid and check the temperature. Stir in gelatin if using. Once temperature reaches 115°F, empty the powder from the probiotic capsules into the pot. Stir the powder into the coconut cream using a whisk.

Place lid back on Instant Pot and push the &quot;Yogurt&quot; button again (it should say &quot;yogurt&quot;). Use the &quot;+&quot; or &quot;-&quot; buttons to adjust the culture time. I like to let it sit anywhere from 15 to 18 hours.

When the time is up, open the lid. The yogurt may seem thin, but don't worry. It thickens up in the refrigerator. Just pour it into a glass container with a lid and let it chill for a day.

Vegane Energiebällchen ohne Zucker

150 g Nüsse und Kerne

g Chia Samen*

ml kaltes Wasser

60 g Mandelmus

50 g Erythrit* (zu Puder gemahlen)

Vanilleextrakt* (nach Belieben)

Chia Samen zusammen mit dem kalten Wasser vermischen und beiseite stellen.

Den Ofen auf 180 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen.

Nüsse und Samen in einen Mixer geben, ein wenig zerkleinern und in eine Schüssel umfüllen.

Erythrit hinzugeben und alles gut miteinander vermischen.

Mandelmus, gequollene Chia Samen sowie Vanilleextrakt hinzugeben und alles zunächst mit einem Löffel vermengen und anschließend mit der Hand zu einem Teig kneten.

Teig, mit angefeuchteten Händen, zu kleinen Kugeln formen und auf einem Backgitter im vorgeheizten Backofen für ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten backen.

EASY, healthy Sugar Free Keto Low Carb Granola Bars have only 7 ingredients and tastes like an Almond Joy! Kids and adults will LOVE them!

Sugar Free Keto Low Carb Granola Bars Recipe

Cup Raw almonds, (Chopped (140 grams))

Cup Slivered almonds ((85 grams))

Cup Unsweetened coconut flakes, (tightly packed (65 grams))

Large egg

Tbsp Monkfruit

Tbsp Almond butter

Tbsp Coconut oil

tsp Sea salt

Heat your oven to 375 degrees and line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving some hanging over the sides to use as a handle later on.&nbsp;

Place the chopped almonds, slivered almonds and coconut flakes on 3 separate small baking sheets. Bake until golden brown and toasted.  The coconut will only take 2-4 minutes, the slivered almonds about 3-5 minutes and the chopped almonds about 7-12 minutes. Let cool completely.&nbsp; Additionally, reduce the oven temperature to 350.

In a large bowl, whisk together the egg and monkfruit.

In a separate small, microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond butter and coconut oil until smooth, about 30 seconds. Whisk into the egg mixture until well combined.

Add in all the nuts, coconut and salt and stir until well combined. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips.

Press VERY firmly into the prepared pan.&nbsp; I like to hold a little piece of parchment paper to make this easier. Put some muscle into it because you need to pack these in so they hold together.

Bake until the top just feels set, about 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool COMPLETELY to room temperature in the pan.

Once cool, slice and DEVOUR!

Looking for a keto appetizer that’ll satisfy your carb craving? This is it! Easy Keto Garlic Breadsticks are soft and chewy, seasoned with garlic, herbs, and a buttery topping.

Keto Garlic Breadsticks

mozzarella cheese

cream cheese

Italian seasoning

butter (melted)

garlic (minced)

parsley

Dipping sauces like marinara or ranch (for serving)

Preheat oven to 400˚F.

Add shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to a non-stick skillet; heat over medium heat and stir until melted.

Remove from heat and let stand 30 seconds.

Stir in almond flour, egg, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; continue to stir until thoroughly combined.

Transfer the dough to a parchment paper-lined surface.

Add another piece of parchment paper over the dough.

Place a rolling pin over the top parchment paper; start rolling into an oval until the dough is about 1/4-inch thick.

Remove the top parchment paper and discard.

Slide the dough, with the bottom parchment paper, onto a baking sheet. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl combine melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley; brush the garlic butter mixture over the dough.

Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.

Remove from oven; carefully transfer bread to a cutting board and let rest for 2 minutes.

Using a pizza cutter, cut into breadsticks.

Serve with dipping sauces.

Microwave Method (Crispiest+ Easier):

Prep. Preheat oven to 350 F.

Combine. Melt butter in a heat-safe bowl. Stir in the almond flour, salt, pepper, xanthan gum, and water, and knead until fully combined.

Shape. Form the dough into 2 small balls, and press each into a disk. Roll each disk between 2 pieces of parchment pepper until 1/8&quot; thick, or thinner. (the thinner the dough, the crispier the cracker). Remove the top sheet of parchment and sprinkle seasoning on top. Return parchment paper to the top, and roll 1 more time to press the seasoning into the dough. Cut the dough into squares using a pizza cutter (or ravioli cutter).

Bake. Place parchment paper and cut crackers on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes. Break apart the crackers and flip them. Return to the oven for another 8 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown.

How to make low carb cucumber chips in dehydrator or in the oven

Salt and Vinegar Cucumber Chips

Slice cucumbers very thin, trying to get consistent thickness so they will dry evenly.  Use a mandolin slicer if available for best results. If you don’t have a mandolin, use a very sharp knife.

Pat cucumber slices dry with a paper towel to remove as much moisture as possible.  Place cucumbers in fairly large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.  Toss together gently but thoroughly to combine.

For dehydrator: Place cucumber slices on trays and dry at 135°F for 12 hours or until they reach your desired crispiness (start checking them at 10 hours).For oven: Place slices on parchment lined baking tray. Dry at 175°F for 3-4 hours, checking every hour to ensure they don’t brown around the edges or burn.  Turn them over half way through. Allow slices to cool before serving.

In a small mixing bowl add the almond flour, unflavored beef gelatin, oat fiber, baking soda, and cinnamon. Stir the dry ingredients together and set aside.

Using the stand mixer, add the butter and sweetener to the bowl. Use the paddle attachment and beat until creamy. 

Add the dry ingredients and beat again. 

Now add the egg and the vanilla. Mix the dough until creamy and all the dry ingredients are fully combined. Set aside for a few minutes. 

In a mini food processor or a blender add the slivered almonds. Pulse a few times, you want the pieces to be small but not ground too finely. It should resemble the size of oats.
