Pour 16 ounces of yogurt into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze on a level surface in a cold freezer for a full 24 hours.

After 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer. Remove the lid.

Place the Ninja Creami pint into the outer bowl. Place the outer bowl with the pint in it, into the Ninja Creami machine and turn until the outer bowl locks into place. Push the LITE ICE CREAM button. During the LITE ICE CREAM function, the yogurt will mix together and become creamy. This should take approximately 2 minutes.

Once the LITE ICE CREAM function has ended, turn the outer bowl and release it from the Ninja Creami machine.

Yourfrozen yogurt is ready to eat! Enjoy!

Ninja Creami Pineapple Sorbet

Ounces Pineapple (Canned)

Pour 16 ounces of canned pineapple, with the liquid from the can, into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze on a level surface in a cold freezer for a full 24 hours.

Place the Ninja Creami pint into the outer bowl. Place the outer bowl with the pint in it, into the Ninja Creami machine and turn until the outer bowl locks into place. Push the SORBET button. During the SORBET function, the sorbet will mix together and become very creamy. This should take approximately 2 minutes.

Once the SORBET function has ended, turn the outer bowl and release it from the Ninja Creami machine.

Your sorbet is ready to eat! Enjoy!

*** If the sorbet is not quite creamy enough, place the outer bowl with the pint back into the Ninja Creami machine and lock it into place. Choose the RE-SPIN function. Once the Ninja Creami completes the RE-SPIN cycle, remove the outer bowl from the machine.

Slowly whisk in 1 cup whole milk and 3/4 cup heavy cream.

Process with machine

Place the pint container into the outer bowl and place outer bowl into the Ninja CREAMi machine, turning and locking it in place. Select the "Ice Cream" function.

Add mix-in

Once the process has ended, remove the outer bowl. Use a spoon to create a hole in the center of the pint until it reaches the bottom. Add pistachios into the hole and then process with the machine again using the "Mix-in" function.

Ninja Creami Vanilla Soft Serve (with Low Fat Milk)

1.5 cups low fat milk

tablespoons half and half

tablespoons vanilla instant pudding mix

teaspoon white sugar

teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix Base in Pint Container -

 I like to use a milk frother to do this, but you can also mix well with a fork or small whisk.

Freeze -

Place the pint in the freezer and freeze for 24 hours so it is fully solid. Make sure you place it on a level surface in your freezer. I like to freeze without a lid as I find it reduces the peak that can form in the middle

Prep for Blending -

Remove the frozen pint from the freezer. If you have a 'peak' in the center, it's best to scrape most of it away with a spoon.

Blend -

Insert into the outer bowl, add the lid, and lock into position. Blend on 'Lite Ice-Cream'

Add Liquid and Re-Spin -

Make a little well in the center, add the extra liquid, and re-spin on the same lite ice cream setting.

Optional Mix-Ins -

 If adding sprinkles, or other mix-in. Use a spoon to make a well in the center and add the sprinkles. Then blend on the 'mix-ins' setting.

Enjoy -

After the second spin (or mix-ins) your soft serve should be thick, creamy and ready to enjoy!
