No-Bake Energy Bites

old fashioned rolled oats

mini chocolate chips

flax seed

peanut butter

honey

vanilla extract

Combine all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Mix to combine.

Roll into 1-1 ½ inch size balls. *

Place the energy bites on a baking sheet or plate and freeze or refrigerate until fully set, about 30 minutes-1 hour.

Place in an airtight container or ziplock bag. Store the energy bites in the fridge for 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Paleo Almond Joy Protein Bites

⅔ cup shredded coconut, unsweetened

almond flour

almond butter (or nut butter of choice)

maple syrup

½ tsp. pure vanilla extract

almonds

chocolate chips chocolate bar (dairy-free, if needed)

water (more if needed)

In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients except for the water.

Mix well with hands until the dough comes together. 

Add water ½ tsp. at a time if needed in order for the dough to come together. This will depend on the consistency of the almond butter used. 

Once the dough comes together, roll into 16 small balls. 

Optional step – Drizzle each ball with a little melted chocolate and sprinkle with coconut flakes.

I feel accomplished. I did leave out the collagen without any issues. Also a touch less almond butter because I normally have weird issues when baking with it (Maranatha Creamy Natural). Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Protein Balls

oats (quick oats)

coconut flakes (unsweetened)

tsp vanilla extract

In a large bowl, mix together the oats, chocolate chips, and coconut.&nbsp;

Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Mix well until evenly combined. I prefer to use my stand mixer or a hand mixer for this–stirring by hand never seems to incorporate all of the ingredients well enough for me. 

Chill mixture in the refrigerator for an hour, then roll out balls about an inch in diameter. Keeping the mixture in the fridge before rolling helps them to roll easier.&nbsp;

Store in an airtight container–I prefer the refrigerator!&nbsp;

Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls

peanut butter (187 grams)

pitted soft dates, packed (85 grams)

vanilla

chia seeds (40 grams)

oat flour (45 grams)

tsp pumpkin pie spice

tsp salt

chocolate

Hemp hearts

Coconut flakes

Crispy rice

Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until the ingredients form a cookie dough like consistency. 

Scoop out 1 heaping tbsp of the mixture and roll them into balls. I was able to make 14 balls that weighed around 28g each. 

Place them into a parchment lined tray or container. 

Optional step: drizzle on some melted chocolate and top with hemp seeds (or crushed nuts/seeds of choice). 

Place them into the fridge or freezer to firm up for at least 30 minutes. 

Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 1 month for best taste and texture. 

This recipe is amazing!! I made my own pumpkin spice with ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice and it was so easy! It seems healthy enough to eat as a post-workout snack if you ask me!

Mix together your Nut Butter, Syrup, 2 tablespoons of Greek Yogurt, and Chocolate Protein Powder

Add and mix in your Rolled Oats, Cocoa Powder, and Instant Coffee

Add more Greek Yogurt if they don’t mix up well

Shape half balls (your choice size)

Chocolate Protein Balls

Mix together your Nut Butter, Syrup, 2 tablespoons of Greek Yogurt, and Vanilla Protein Powder

Add and mix in your Melted Butter, Vanilla Extract, Brown Sugar Substitute, and Rolled Oats

Take out enough mix to match your chocolate half and shape them into your protein balls!

Banana Bread Protein Balls have the same warm and comforting flavors of banana bread. Made with oats, bananas, peanut butter, and protein powder, each bite is an energy boost!

Banana Bread Protein Balls Recipe

oats

½ cup ground flaxseed (70 grams)

chocolate protein powder

cinnamon (6 grams)

nutmeg

salt

overripe bananas (mashed)

peanut butter (68 grams)

honey (44 grams)

Prepare

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

Whisk

In a large bowl, whisk the oats, flaxseed, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt together.

Combine

Add the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and honey. Use a hand mixer or spatula to combine.

Chill

Tightly cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Scoop

Once the mixture has chilled, remove the bowl from the refrigerator. Use a 1-tablespoon-sized scoop to scoop out protein balls. Use your hands to shape the scoops into balls and place them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. This is a sticky process so wet your hands to prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands. Repeat until all of the protein ball mixture has been shaped into balls.

Serve

To prevent protein balls from sticking to each other, wrap the baking sheet in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour before combining the protein balls into an airtight container. Protein balls can be enjoyed immediately without any additional chill time.

Walnut Brownie Protein Balls

Medjool dates (96 grams, about 12 small dates, pitted and chopped)

walnut butter (135 grams)

walnuts (85 grams)

coconut oil (14 grams)

honey (22 grams)

chia seeds (15 grams)

cocoa powder (11 grams)

chocolate chips (89 grams, optional)

Combine dates, walnut butter, walnuts, coconut oil, honey, chia seeds, and cocoa powder in a high powered blender or food processor.

Blend

Blend until combined and smooth. You may need to scrape the sides. A very thick batter should form. (SEE NOTE)

Pour

Pour batter into a large bowl and, if using, stir in the chocolate chips.

Place the batter in the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow to chill and harden.

Roll

Remove the batter from the refrigerator and roll into 1-inch balls.

Serve or store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Freeze

If freezing, double bag in freezer-safe Ziplock bags and freeze up to 3 months. Allow them to defrost in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours before serving.

Oatmeal PB &amp; Chocolate Protein Bites

Cup Quick oats

Scoop Sweat Ethic Cookie Sandwich protein powder (code CHEFALLIE)

Cup Peanut Butter powder

TBSP Chia seeds

Water

Sugar free pancake syrup

Salt

Red Delight no sugar added dark chocolate (or chocolate of choice)

Add all the oats, protein powder, chia seeds, sugar free pancake syrup and pinch of salt to the bowl. Set aside.

In a smaller bowl add the peanut butter powder and slowly add the water until it resembles peanut butter

Add the peanut butter to the bowl with the oats.

Mix until combined.

Chop up the chocolate and add to the bowl. Mix until combined.

Scoop out 12 portions

Place onto a place and place into the refrigerator for about an hour to firm up

Put into a container for meal prep for the week

This nutritious and colorful monster cookie-inspired treat is a favorite among children and grown-ups. Our protein bites look and taste like dessert but contain 5 grams of protein, 3 grams of fiber and minimally-processed ingredients in every ball.

Protein Ball Recipe

½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats (160 grams)

flaxseed (25 grams)

chia seeds (10 grams)

natural creamy peanut butter (190 grams)

honey (80 grams) (or brown rice syrup

chocolate chips

water, if needed

To the bowl of a food processor or blender, add the oats, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, and salt. Pulse 10-15 times until some of the oats are broken into very small pieces, while some may remain relatively intact. 

Transfer to a mixing bowl and add in the wet ingredients, such as nut butter, honey, and vanilla. Stir with a wooden spoon or mix with clean hands until well combined. If the dough does not stick together, add ½ tablespoon of water at a time and mix in until the dough sticks together easily when formed into a ball.

Stir in the candy-coated chocolate pieces and chocolate chips. 

Roll the dough into 20 balls using about 2 tablespoons of dough per bite (about 25-28 g in dough weight per ball). Dampen your hands slightly with water to prevent sticking.

Store balls in a covered container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 3 months. We recommend placing a sheet of parchment paper between layers to keep them from sticking together when frozen.

We just made a batch of these delicious monster energy balls and have maybe half a batch left! Not only are these treats absolutely tasty, but they also provided a fantastic opportunity for some family fun. My four-year-old and two-year-old had a blast helping me in the kitchen. It was a joy to see them so engaged, and the process was perfect for working on their fine motor skills. Rolling the mixture into balls was an excellent exercise for their little hands! These energy balls have quickly become a favorite in our household, both for their flavor and for the wonderful memories we created while making them together 🥰. Highly recommend!

Monster Cookie Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Mini-batch Chocolate PB Protein Bites

peanut butter powder ((30 g))

vanilla protein powder ((15 g) plant-based if desired)

tbsp coconut flour ((7 g) oat flour

maple syrup ((21 g))

tbsp water ((30 g))

chocolate chips ((45 g))

tsp coconut oil ((5 g))

In a medium bowl add all the protein layer ingredients except water.

Add enough water to make a bar dough (similar to cookie dough, not too wet or sticky. If it gets too wet, add more dry ingredients).

Press this into 6 muffin cavities, about 1 tbsp each. Refrigerate.

In a small bowl add chocolate and coconut oil, melt in the microwave in 30 sec increments, stirring in between.

Pour about 1 tsp melted chocolate on each muffin cavity, freeze or refrigerate to set.

Thaw for a few minutes before enjoying, keep your bars frozen or refrigerated!
