Treat yourself to this creamy, decadent Baked Ricotta recipe ... it&#039;s easy to make and so delicious!

Baked Ricotta

garlic

extra virgin olive oil

kosher salt

(15-ounce) container ricotta cheese

mozzarella cheese, (divided)

lemon

truffle salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Remove excess papery skin from garlic head, leaving cloves intact. Use a sharp knife to slice tops off cloves.

Drizzle garlic with oil, then rub oil over cloves. Sprinkle garlic lightly with salt.

Wrap garlic in foil, then roast for 40 to 50 minutes, or until browned and tender. Set aside to cool.

Prepare Roasted Garlic:

When garlic is cool enough to handle, squeeze garlic cloves from skins, then roughly chop.

Add garlic, ricotta, HALF the mozzarella, lemon zest, and truffle salt to a medium bowl. Mix well.

Lightly oil a medium, oven-safe skillet (or pie pan), then add ricotta mixture. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake ricotta until hot and browned around edges, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Serve Ricotta Dip hot with bread and veggies, such as carrots and grape tomatoes. Enjoy!

Add ricotta, sour cream, lemon zest, salt and black pepper to a mixing bowl and stir to combine. Stir in herbs.

Transfer ricotta dip to a serving bowl. Use the back of a spoon to make swirls in the surface, then drizzle olive oil on top. Sprinkle with flaky salt.

Transfer to serving dish and drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs, if desired.

Serve with bread slices, crackers and/or your favorite vegetable dippers.

Caramelized Onion & Rosemary Ricotta Dip

ricotta cheese

of a large onion, sliced

Tbsp. of butter

1.5 Tbsp. dried rosemary, crushed

garlic,

Kosher salt

Parmesan cheese

parsley

salt and pepper

Preheat your oven to 350

In a medium sized pan, add 2 Tbsp. of olive oil and heat through.&nbsp;

Then add your onions and stir continuously until they start to soften.&nbsp;

Add the butter to the pan and continue to stir constantly to caramelize the onions and ensure the butter doesn't burn.&nbsp;

Once done, set aside.&nbsp;

Add the ricotta cheese to a large bowl.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Then add in the onions, garlic, rosemary and kosher salt.&nbsp;

Blend together with a hand mixer or fold everything in together with a spatula.&nbsp;

Pour everything into an oven safe dish, add any additional salt and pepper at this time.&nbsp;

Top with the Parmesan cheese and then bake for 20-30 minutes until the cheese has melted and the Ricotta Dip is warm.&nbsp;

Top with parsley and then stir.&nbsp;

Add in the last two Tbsp. of olive oil and then add additional parsley as desired.&nbsp;

Serve with bread, garlic bread, crackers or chips immediately.&nbsp;
