Here’s how to make rose sangria! Just a handful of ingredients and fruit make a light and fruity summer drink that everyone will be talking about.

Best Rose Sangria

Sparkling water,

Chop the orange (leaving the skin on). Slice the strawberries. Add both to the bottom of a pitcher, sprinkle with sugar and stir. Let them stand for 20 minutes at room temperature.

After 20 minutes, pour in the rosé wine and brandy. Add the fresh mint and lemon rounds. Stir and refrigerate 1 to 4 hours. (Don’t go beyond 4 hours or the fruit texture starts to degrade.)

Pour the sangria into ice filled glasses and top with a splash of sparkling water (if desired). Add fruit to each glass, preferably on long skewers for easy snacking.

Pink Sangria with Rosé Wine

Add the sliced strawberries, raspberries, orange slices, and mint to a large pitcher.

Add in the wine, vodka, lemon juice, (and sugar if using), and stir to combine.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow the fruit time to infuse the sangria.

Add in the soda immediately before serving.

Serve over ice and don&#39;t forget to ladle some of the fruit into each glass!

In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil over medium high heat.

Stir in sugar. Once the sugar is fully dissolved, remove from heat and cool completely.

To make simple syrup:

Thinly slice pears and peaches. Reserve a few slices for garnish.

Place the fruits in a pitcher and add triple sec, cold simple syrup and wine. Stir and serve.

Add chopped fruit and citrus to a large pitcher and top with cinnamon sticks. Carefully add the apple cider, brandy and chilled Rosé to the pitcher. Use a long wooden spoon to stir and muddle the different fruits with the liquid.

If you have a large enough pitcher, you may add ice directly and stir. Otherwise, add a handful of ice to each serving glass just before serving.

Garnish with additional fruit, if desired, and store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to two days.

Fall Cranberry Sangria Recipe

100% cranberry juice (unsweetened)

Granny Smith apples, diced, divided

fresh cranberries, halved, divided

(750 mL) dry rosé wine

Combine cranberry juice, sugar, ginger and cinnamon stick in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring juice mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally, and cook about 1 minute until sugar has dissolved. Off heat, stir in 1 diced apple and ½ cup cranberries; let cool completely. 

Strain juice mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher. Add wine, vodka, remaining diced apple and remaining ½ cup halved cranberries; stir to combine. 

Chill sangria until ready to serve. Serve cranberry sangria over ice.

I made this last weekend and it was a HUGE hit at my happy hour. It was freezing here and it was perfectly cozy and refreshing at the same time.
