Easy 5 Ingredient Smoked Salmon Bites

oz garlic and herb Gournay cheese,

oz 1/3-less-fat cream cheese

tbsp milk

crackers of choice, gluten-free

oz smoked salmon,

Optional toppings: capers, fresh dill, basil or parsley

Whisk together garlic and herb cheese, cream cheese and milk until smooth. Scoop into a plastic zip-top bag, zip closed and snip on bottom corner.

Pipe about a half teaspoon of the cheese mixture onto each cracker. You may need more for larger crackers.

Top each cracker with a piece of smoked salmon.

Garnish with capers or fresh herbs (optional). Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Salmon Bites are a flavorful and delicious meal that is quick and easy to make with a handful of simple ingredients. Bite-sized portions of salmon are cooked until tender with crispy, golden edges and coated with a homemade, sweet and sticky Asian glaze.

In a medium mixing bowl, add chopped salmon, 1 teaspoon oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat and set aside for 10 minutes.

Heat remaining oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the hot oil sizzles, about 1-2 minutes.

Sear the salmon pieces (skin side down first) until golden browned and fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes per side. Do not move the salmon around during cooking. When salmon is cooked, the flesh will turn opaque, and it will flake easily when you insert a fork.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and lemon juice until smooth.

Pour the sauce over the salmon. Toss well to coat the salmon bites in the sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes until browned.

Use tongs to remove the salmon bites and place on a serving plate. Garnish with white sesame seeds and serve immediately.

I&#39;m obsessed with these air fryer salmon bites! It&#39;s an easy salmon recipe that produces perfectly tender, bite-sized pieces of salmon to add to your bowls for a quick lunch on busy days!

Hot Honey Air Fryer Salmon Bites

Salmon filets, chopped into cubes ((392 g))

tsp Hot honey ((10 g))

tsp Kosher salt

Garlic powder

Paprika

tsp Olive oil ((5 g))

Thaw the salmon.

If your salmon is frozen, thaw it by placing it in the fridge overnight or in a bowl of water for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F while you prep your salmon.

Prep the salmon.

Pat the salmon dry and chop it into bite-sized cubes.

Season the salmon bites.

Drizzle the cubed salmon with hot honey, and sprinkle it with seasoning. My measurements are estimates since I really just sprinkle everything on top.

Air fry the salmon bites.

Spray the salmon with a quick mist of olive oil spray and add it to your preheated air fryer. Cook at 400 degrees F for 5-7 minutes.

Wow wow wow this is goood! My teenage son and I love salmon but it always intimidates me. I don’t have an air fryer so I just used my oven at 400 for around 15min (I didn’t cut up my filets). I made this recipe last night and my husband has declared this is THE only way he wants me to fix salmon in the future. It was delicious. Bang Bang Salmon is the perfect weeknight dinner option when you need something quick and delicious that the whole family will love. Cook the salmon in 10 minutes for a quick weeknight dinner or meal prep them for lunches the next day.

Bang Bang Salmon

(4-6 ounce) center

olive oil

smoked paprika

For serving: coconut rice, cauliflower rice,

mayonnaise ((I use Primal Kitchen))

Tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce ((Note 1))

sriracha ((Note 2))

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. To remove the salmon skin, place your hand on top of the salmon filet and use a sharp knife to slice parallel along the skin, cutting as closely to the skin as possible so you don't leave any salmon flesh. Cut the salmon into 1-inch chunks, making sure they're even sizes so they cook evenly.

Place the salmon chunks on the prepared baking sheet and pat them dry with paper towels. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat and spread them out into an single layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 7-9 minutes or until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the salmon reaches 135°F and the salmon is golden brown. Pulling the salmon from the heat at 125-140 allows for 5-10° of carryover cooking while it rests. The cooking time may vary depending on the size of salmon and your oven so always use a meat thermometer for best results. Note 4 air fryer salmon.

While they're baking, make the spicy sauce. Add all of the bang bang sauce ingredients to a small bowl and mix until combined. Drizzle some of the creamy sauce over the salmon bites before serving and serve extra sauce on the side.

To make salmon bowls, add my favorite coconut rice to the bottom of a serving bowl. Top it with the bang bang salmon bites, roasted veggies or cucumber salad (Note 3), green onions, and toasted sesame seeds. Drizzle a generous helping bang bang sauce on top.

Delicious! We air fried the salmon and it's our new favorite way to cook it. Sauce was good. We used Greek yogurt instead of mayo and it wasn't like the original but it was still good.

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. 

Start by patting the salmon dry and removing the salmon skin. (If using frozen salmon, make sure it has thawed completely before removing the skin) Use a sharp knife to make a cut between the skin and the flesh of the salmon and then hold the skin taut with one hand while gently guiding the knife along the skin with the other. It should lift very easily. If there are any bits of skin left, trim them off with the knife.

Cut salmon into 1-1.5 inch chunks and place into a large mixing bowl.

In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, seasonings, and garlic paste. Mix together then season the salmon bites with garlic salt and black pepper. 

Add the mayo mixture on top of the bites ensuring everything is coated. Place the seasoned salmon on a baking sheet in a single layer, about 1-2 inches apart. (Do not overcrowd your sheet pan. Space the salmon out evenly so that they get nice and crispy)

Roast for 10 minutes in your preheated oven, then broil for 2-3 minutes, until nice and golden brown. Keep a watchful eye when broiling because it can burn very quickly!

While the salmon is cooking make the bang bang sauce by whisking together the bang bang sauce ingredients. Once the salmon is finished cooking, drizzle the bang bang sauce on top.
