These easy 5 Ingredient Smoked Salmon Bites are easy to make for your next party, and taste amazing! Your guests will love these crackers topped with a flavorful garlic herb spread and smoked salmon. (gluten-free)

Easy 5 Ingredient Smoked Salmon Bites

oz garlic and herb Gournay cheese,

oz 1/3-less-fat cream cheese

tbsp milk

crackers of choice, gluten-free

oz smoked salmon,

Optional toppings: capers, fresh dill, basil or parsley

Whisk together garlic and herb cheese, cream cheese and milk until smooth. Scoop into a plastic zip-top bag, zip closed and snip on bottom corner.

Pipe about a half teaspoon of the cheese mixture onto each cracker. You may need more for larger crackers.

Top each cracker with a piece of smoked salmon.

Garnish with capers or fresh herbs (optional). Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Put cubes in a zip lock back with 1/2 cup of Bachans BBQ Sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon Q-Nami Rub - Shake to fully mix together.Place in refrigerator and marinate for an hour.

Salmon Bites are a flavorful and delicious meal that is quick and easy to make with a handful of simple ingredients. Bite-sized portions of salmon are cooked until tender with crispy, golden edges and coated with a homemade, sweet and sticky Asian glaze.

In a medium mixing bowl, add chopped salmon, 1 teaspoon oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat and set aside for 10 minutes.

Heat remaining oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the hot oil sizzles, about 1-2 minutes.

Sear the salmon pieces (skin side down first) until golden browned and fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes per side. Do not move the salmon around during cooking. When salmon is cooked, the flesh will turn opaque, and it will flake easily when you insert a fork.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and lemon juice until smooth.

Pour the sauce over the salmon. Toss well to coat the salmon bites in the sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes until browned.

Use tongs to remove the salmon bites and place on a serving plate. Garnish with white sesame seeds and serve immediately.

Hot Honey Air Fryer Salmon Bites

Salmon filets, chopped into cubes ((392 g))

tsp Hot honey ((10 g))

tsp Kosher salt

Garlic powder

Paprika

tsp Olive oil ((5 g))

Thaw the salmon.

If your salmon is frozen, thaw it by placing it in the fridge overnight or in a bowl of water for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F while you prep your salmon.

Prep the salmon.

Pat the salmon dry and chop it into bite-sized cubes.

Season the salmon bites.

Drizzle the cubed salmon with hot honey, and sprinkle it with seasoning. My measurements are estimates since I really just sprinkle everything on top.

Air fry the salmon bites.

Spray the salmon with a quick mist of olive oil spray and add it to your preheated air fryer. Cook at 400 degrees F for 5-7 minutes.

Wow wow wow this is goood! My teenage son and I love salmon but it always intimidates me. I don’t have an air fryer so I just used my oven at 400 for around 15min (I didn’t cut up my filets). I made this recipe last night and my husband has declared this is THE only way he wants me to fix salmon in the future. It was delicious. I followed the recipe per the instructions and I served the salmon bites with rice, sliced cucumber and sliced avocado. I also prepared the mayonnaise sriracha sauce to drizzle on the top.
