Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir or whisk to mix them together well.

Use 3 tablespoons of mix with 3/4 cup of water to one pound of ground beef.

To make this recipe you will need 
6 tablespoons chili powder
5 tablespoons paprika
5 tablespoons cumin
2 1/2 tablespoons dehydrated onion
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.   Store in an airtight container.  To use, use 3 tablespoons of mix to 1 pound of ground beef.   Cook beef until it is 90% done, drain, add in spice blend, and then add 3/4 cup of water per 1 pound of ground beef.  Cook for 15 minutes.

Salt - Free Homemade Taco Seasoning Mix

This raw vegan mango lassi is sweet, tangy and creamy. Full of fresh, whole ingredients - mango, banana, cashews, dates - it's like dessert in a glass.

Raw Mango Lassi

mango (, peeled, seeded and diced (350 grams))

med banana (, peeled (120 grams))

cashews ((70 grams))

med medjool dates (, pitted (50 grams))

lemon juice ((15 milliliters))

salt

water ((250 milliliters))

ice ((250 grams))

ground nutmeg (or cardamom, to garnish (optional))

Add everything (except for the nutmeg) to the blender and blend at high speed until smooth and creamy.

Pour into glasses and drink.

Add all your ingredients to a small bowl. Mix well.

Transfer to a spice jar.

Shake well before each use.

buckwheat (, activated)

coconut (, unsweetened)

spelt flakes (or gluten-free rolled oats)

sunflower seeds

chia seeds

sultanas / golden raisins

goji berries

brazil nuts (, chopped)

hemp seeds / hearts

Measure everything into a mixing bowl.

Mix thoroughly and serve with fresh fruit and almond milk.

Best stored in the refrigerator.

This quick raw banana oatmeal porridge uses dates, bananas and oats with flaxmeal and cashews to create a warm, hearty, satisfying raw breakfast.

Raw Banana Oatmeal Porridge

med banana ((100 grams))

med medjool date (, pitted)

tbsp cashews ((10 grams) [optional, makes it creamier])

water ((125 grams))

rolled oats ((50 grams))

tbsp rolled oats (extra)

tsp sultanas / golden raisins ([optional, to serve])

banana ([optional, to serve])

Blend the banana, date, cashews and water until warm, but not hot. (This takes around 2 minutes in a Vitamix for 1 serve.)

While this blends, pre-warm your bowl(s) in the oven for a couple of minutes.

Add oats and flax to the blender and blend until smooth.

Put the extra oats into the bottom of your pre-warmed breakfast bowl,

Pour blended porridge over oats and mix thoroughly.

Leave to sit for 5 minutes or so to allow oats to soften (while you clean up).

Top with a drizzle of maple syrup, the sultanas and banana slices.

This raw chocolate bark is crunchy, chocolately and goes perfectly with ice-cream. The activated buckwheat and quinoa sprouts add nutrition and crunch.

Raw chocolate bark

cacao butter (, raw (126 grams))

coconut oil

cacao powder ((25 grams))

lucuma powder (or mesquite powder)

tsp maca powder ((15 milliliters))

tbsp agave nectar ((20 milliliters) *)

activated buckwheat ((75 grams))

tbsp quinoa (, sprouted (40 milliliters) * [optional])

Soak the quinoa for 30 mins, then sprout for 4 hours.

Rinse quinoa thoroughly and refrigerate until required.

Gently melt the cacao butter in a double-boiler.

Mix in the coconut oil.

Mix in the cacao, maca, lucuma and agave.

Mix in the buckwheat and quinoa and stir until the grains are completely covered.

Spread mix onto a Teflex sheet or baking paper and freeze until the chocolate sets.

Break frozen sheet into bite-sized pieces.

Store bark in the refrigerator or freezer.

Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best, and these all natural homemade rainbow sprinkles are no exception. Just shredded coconut and natural colours.

All Natural Homemade Rainbow Sprinkles

tbsp shredded coconut ((20 milliliters) *)

ml natural food colouring ((see below))

natural food colouring

water ((5 milliliters))

beetroot

carrot

red cabbage

baby spinach

turmeric powder

spirulina

bicarb soda

Add 4-8 drops of colour to 1 tsp of water and mix thoroughly.

Store-bought food colourings

Separately grate around 2 tbsp of beetroot, carrot and 4tbsp of red cabbage.

Chop the spinach leaves finely, or pass them through a garlic press to create a paste.

Press the grated/minced veggies through a fine sieve, until you have around 1 tsp of juice.

Add a pinch of bicarb soda to 1 tsp of red cabbage juice to make it turn blue.

Homemade food colourings - fresh veggies

Add 1/8 tsp of turmeric or spirulina to 1 tsp of water and mix thoroughly.

Homemade food colourings - powders

Put 1 tsp of food colouring liquid into a bowl.

Add shredded coconut and mix thoroughly until coconut is completely and evenly coated with colour.

Spread on a dehydrator tray and dry for about 2 hours, or until completely dry.

Mix colours together after drying (optional).

Store in an air-tight container at room temperature until required.

Good	You'll curse me or bless me, but how could I deny you the magic of this raw caramel fudge recipe with just two ingredients? Dates and macadamias.

Raw Caramel Fudge

medjool dates (, pitted (240 grams))

macadamias ((180 grams))

Put dates and macadamias in high-speed blender.

Blend until smooth (use tamper if available).

Press into container and freeze.

Cut into squares and serve.

Peel pineapple and chop into small chunks.

Juice carrot, apple and beetroot.

Strain juice through sieve to remove all pulp.

Put a few ice-cubes into a glass, pour juice over ice &amp; serve.
