Red Curry Turkey Burgers

Mix sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and place in fridge until ready to serve burgers.

Mix shredded cabbage and carrots together in a microwavable safe bowl along with a few tablespoons of water.

Cover the bowl and heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes to soften the veggies. Allow them to cool to room temperature.

Place ground turkey in a large bowl. Add garlic, red curry paste, red onion, and cilantro. Mix well to combine. Add a pinch of pepper, if desired.

Divide turkey mixture into six equal portions and shape into patties using your hands.

Set a nonstick, oven-safe skillet on medium heat and spray with a little olive oil or cooking spray. Once the pan is hot, add the patties and sear on both sides for 3-5 minutes, then place entire skillet in the oven and bake at 400 degrees F for 6-8 minutes until cooked through. If you do not have an oven-safe skillet, place patties on a baking tray instead.

Warm the wheat pockets or buns in microwave or oven.

To build the burger: Add 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt to the bottom of pocket. Layer sliced cucumber and tomato, then add the patty and top with a heaping tablespoon of the special sauce. Finish with the wilted cabbage and carrot mixture and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro to taste.

I put a hapa spin on this Cheesesteak and used bulgogi beef – a fantastic Korean dish that’s made of marinated and grilled meat. The flavors are intense and totally addicting. When marinating the beef, you really want those flavors to penetrate the sirloin – so marinate the meat overnight.

If you don&#x27;t have your butcher slice the sirloin. Pop the sirloin in the freezer for 20 minutes to make slicing easier. Be sure to slice against the grain – this will produce shorter muscle fibers, giving you a more tender bite.

In a large bowl, Garlic (3 clove), Yellow Onion (1/2), Scallion (1 bunch) Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (1/2 cup), Sesame Oil (2 tablespoon), Dark Brown Sugar (3 tablespoon), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/8 teaspoon) and Gochujang (1 tablespoon).

In a large zip-top bag, add the Sirloin Steak (2 pound) and mix well, making sure that each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover, refrigerate and allow to marinate for 2 hours.

To caramelize onions, Melt the Unsalted Butter (2 tablespoon) and Olive Oil (2 tablespoon) in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the Yellow Onion (3). Cook, stirring occasionally for 35 to 40 minutes until soft and caramelized.

Add the Balsamic Vinegar (1 tablespoon) and season with Kosher Salt (to taste) and pepper to taste. Toss to combine and set aside.

Using a heavy-bottomed skillet over high heat, add a ¼ of the beef along with some of the marinade and toss to cook for about a minute.

Form the beef into the approximate length of the hoagie roll. Top with a ¼ of the caramelized onions and ¼ of the grated Provolone Cheese (12 ounce). Add a tablespoon of the reserved marinade. Cover the pan with a lid and cook about a minute.

Slice your Hoagie Roll (4). Don&#x27;t cut all the way through, you want it to open like a book.

Using two spatulas, one on either side, scoop up the beef and place inside the hoagie rolls. Sprinkle with some Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste) if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

In a medium mixing bowl, combine Red Onion (1/2), Lemon (1), Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon), and Salt (1 pinch).

Add Vegan Chicken Strip (1) and toss to coat. Marinate for 15-30 mins to allow flavors to mix.

In a large mixing bowl, combine Vegan Mayonnaise (1/4 cup), Dijon Mustard (1 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), Dried Thyme (1/2 teaspoon), Dried Dill Weed (1 tablespoon), Fresh Parsley (2 tablespoon) and Fresh Chives (2 tablespoon). Place in fridge until ready vegan chicken has marinated.

Remove both mixtures from the fridge and add marinated chicken pieces and Celery (1 stalk) to the herbed mayo mixture, and mix to coat.

Place Boston Lettuce (1 head), Tomato (1), and Cucumber (1) onto each Hoagie Roll (4).

Spoon vegan chicken mixture onto each dressed bun and slice in half and serve, or wrap in eco-friendly sandwich wrap for a delicious school or work lunch.

In a large pan over medium heat, heat Vegan Ground Beef (2 cup), Taco Seasoning (1 package), and Water (1/2 cup) until heated through.

Next, heat the Large Flour Tortilla (4) in the microwave for about 10 seconds.

Heat a large pan over medium heat. Place your wrap onto the surface, and spread evenly Vegan Sour Cream (4 dollop) in the center. Top with veggie ground beef, and add a thin layer of Vegan Shredded Cheese (to taste).

Next, spread Vegan Nacho Cheese Sauce (4 dollop) on top, add Tomato (to taste), and finish with Shredded Iceberg Lettuce (to taste).

Starting with the bottom of the tortilla, fold up the edges over the center, all around the entire tortilla. If you have a spot left open in the center, fill it in, by tucking in a cut piece of another flour tortilla under the folds.

Gently place the crunch wrap upside down onto the heated pan, and allow to toast for about 2-3 minutes until it's golden brown.

With a spatula, carefully flip the wrap and toast for another 2-3 minutes.

Serve with some hot sauce, guacamole, or queso dip on the side for dipping.

In a large mixing bowl, add Water (1 cup), All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Corn Starch (1/2 cup), Egg (1), Yellow Mustard (2 tablespoon), Garlic Powder (1 tablespoon), Onion Powder (1 tablespoon), Salt (1/3 tablespoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon). Whisk until the batter is smooth.

Coat the chicken patties in the batter. Remove the excess and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours to harden.

To make the sauce, in a small mixing bowl, add Mayonnaise (1 cup), Dry Mustard (1 teaspoon), Onion Powder (1/2 tablespoon), and Salt (1/2 teaspoon). Mix well and set aside.

In a deep-fryer or large saucepan, add Canola Oil (as needed) and heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
