Fresh Summer Fruit Salad

watermelon (chopped)

kiwis (chopped)

grapes (halved)

strawberries (chopped)

blueberries

raspberries

mango (pitted and diced)

oranges (sectioned)

lime (juiced)

honey

Place all fruit salad&nbsp; ingredients in a large bowl.

If using, mix honey and lime and pour over fruit salad.&nbsp;

Gently toss to combine.

This gorgeous summer fruit salad is made with stone fruit like peaches, nectarines and cherries, fresh berries and a delicious lemon maple thyme dressing. The dressing elevates everything to a whole new level for a salad you won't be able to stop eating!

Summer Fruit Salad

blackberries

lemon juice

maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

cinnamon

salt

tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped

Prepare all stone fruit by slicing thinly. If using cherries, be sure to remove pits. 

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and thyme until well combined. 

Pour dressing over fruit and toss gently to coat. Enjoy right away or chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator before enjoying.

Fruit Salad

strawberries (hulled and quartered, about 1 ½ cups sliced)

pineapple wedges (¼-inch thick)

oranges

red grapes

kiwi (peeled, quartered,

green apple (¾-inch dice, about 1 ½ cups)

honey (or pure maple syrup)

lemon zest

In a large bowl, add strawberries, pineapples, oranges, grapes, blueberries, black berries, kiwi, and green apples.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

Drizzle the dressing mixture over the fruit. Gently toss to combine.

Cover and refrigerate if not serving immediately.

Made with strawberries, blueberries, grapes, kiwi, and mango tossed in a sweet and tangy mint lime dressing, this Fruit Salad is light, refreshing, and incredibly simple to make.

Juice

Heat the limes in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Once heated, zest one of the limes using a Microplane, before slicing it open and juicing. Once zested, cut open the limes and juice them.

Combine

Combine lime zest, 3 tablespoons of lime juice, and honey together in a small mixing bowl until well incorporated. Set it aside to use on fruit salad.

Toss

Toss the prepared fruit together in a large mixing bowl.

Chiffonade

Chiffonade the mint by stacking the leaves on top of each other, rolling them into a cigar-like shape, and then slice the leaves into thin ribbons.

Add the dressing and mint to the fruit and gently stir to combine.

Chill

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 24 hours prior to serving.

Serve

Transfer the fruit salad into a serving bowl and serve.
