I added an extra tbsp of mayo and Greek yogurt, it was too dry otherwise. I had small dill pickles and would chop 4 instead of 2 next time and add a little extra onion. Flavor is good! Overall I really like this recipe, thanks.

white chunk albacore tuna ((3 cans))

mayonnaise ((can use light, if desired))

Lightly toast each slice of bread.

While the bread is toasting, make the tuna salad by combining the tuna, mayonnaise, dill, onion flakes, garlic powder, and paprika in a medium bowl.

Place the toasted bread on a baking sheet. Distribute the avocado slices among the 4 pieces of bread.

Place the tomato slices on top of the avocado.

Distribute the tuna salad on top of the tomato.

Place a slice of cheese on top of the tuna.

Place the baking sheet under the broiler on high for 3-4 minutes until the sandwich is hot and the cheese is melted.

Filling - Put all the Tuna Filling ingredients in a bowl. Mix well using a wooden spoon, breaking up the tuna so the filling becomes fairly smooth. The pickles and celery will take a beating too which is encouraged -&gt; flavour melding!

Sandwich - Divide Tuna Filling between 4 sandwiches (or more/less depending on bread size). I butter the bread and use 2 pieces of lettuce per sandwich. Enjoy!
