This delicious vegan chia pudding is layered with peaches for a rich, creamy, perfectly sweet dessert that's also good for you!  

Chia Pudding

Chia Seeds ((40 grams))

Tbsp Maple Syrup

Canned or Fresh Peach Slices (or other Fruit)

Vegan Whipped Cream (Optional)

Add the chia seeds, coconut cream and maple syrup to a mason jar and shake vigorously until well mixed and then place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Layer the chia pudding in small sundae glasses with peach slices.

Top with more peach slices and some vegan whipped cream (optional).

The Best Chia Pudding 3 Ways (Vegan, protein packed!)

tbsp chia seeds

tbsp pea protein powder

dairy free milk

Basic Protein Chia Pudding

banana, divided

cinnamon

Toppings: banana, berries, peanut butter, peanuts, chocolate chips

cacao powder

Toppings: cherries, extra cacao powder, chocolate chips

beet powder

tbsp dairy free yogurt

Toppings: cherries, strawberries, chocolate chips

In a small bowl, whisk together the chia seeds and pea protein powder.

Add in the dairy free milk of choice, and optional vanilla extract and maple syrup.

Whisk with a fork until the clumps of protein powder are almost dissolved. Cover and place in the fridge to set for 3 hours or overnight.

When ready to serve, remove from the fridge, top with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!

Basic Protein Chia Pudding Recipe

Mash half the banana and cinnamon together in a bowl. Then follow the instructions for making the Basic Protein Chia Pudding.

When ready to serve, top with desired toppings and enjoy!

Add in the cacao and stir until just combined. The cacao won&#8217;t fully mix in until after the chia pudding has set in the fridge, so don&#8217;t worry if it&#8217;s not mixing well.

How to make CHIA PUDDING | 3 Ways, VEGAN, Protein Packed, Meal Prep Friendly

A delicious chia pudding recipe that tastes like a blueberry muffin.

Blueberry Chia Pudding

blueberries

tbsp rolled oats

maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

plant-based milk

Combine the blueberries, maple syrup, vanilla oats and plant-based milk in a blender until smooth.

Transfer the berry milk to a bowl, and stir in the chia seeds. Allow to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Serve with vegan yogurt or as a delicious topping to oatmeal. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

This creamy and easy chai latte chia pudding is a delicious and healthy make-ahead breakfast or dessert that&#039;s full of fiber. It&#039;s paleo and vegan, with an easy keto alternative!

Paleo & Vegan Chai Latte Chia Pudding (Keto Option)

almond milk (or any dairy-free milk)

tsp ground ginger

cardamom

nutmeg

cloves

black tea bag

In a small saucepan, combine almond milk, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, and cloves and heat over medium high heat while whisking occasionally.

When the mixture starts boiling, turn off heat and stir in maple syrup.

Add the tea bag and steep for 15 minutes as the mixture cools.

Remove and discard the tea bag and stir in chia seeds.

Let it rest for 5 minutes then stir again to ensure that the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

Pour into a glass container and chill for 3 hours to overnight so the pudding firms up.

Serve alone or with your favorite toppings, like fruits, nuts, coconut chips, nut butter, and more.

Mango Chia Pudding

low fat coconut milk (or vegan milk of choice)

plant-based yogurt

mango (approximately 2 mangoes, peeled and chopped)

turmeric (optional)

chia seeds

Blend together the coconut milk, yogurt, vanilla, maple syrup, mango and turmeric if using.

Pour in the chia seeds, stir, then allow the mixture to set overnight.

Enjoy the next day or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.

This Chia Seed Pudding recipe has fresh or frozen strawberries (or other fruit) and is a healthy, refined sugar free dessert or breakfast!

Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding

strawberries

milk (any kind, dairy or plant-based (I prefer oat milk))

yogurt (any kind, dairy or plant-based (I prefer whole milk plain yogurt))

vanilla extract

maple syrup (or honey, if you prefer.)

Purée strawberries, milk, yogurt, vanilla, and maple syrup until smooth.

Add strawberries, milk (1 cup), yogurt (1 cup), vanilla extract (1 teaspoon), and maple syrup (1/4 cup) to a medium bowl. Use an immersion blender to purée until smooth (alternatively, use a standing blender and transfer to a medium bowl).

Stir in the chia seeds.

Add chia seeds (1/2 cup). Stir to mix well.

Refrigerate.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight), or until chia seeds have gelled and the mixture reaches a thick pudding-like consistency (see notes).

Serve.

Serve, garnished with fresh strawberries or other fruit and/or whipped cream, if desired.

Yummy! I use rose powder with it because I was looking for strawberry rose chia pudding, and this base recipe looked the best for it. Very good!!

So tasty!  I added some freeze dried strawberries to the mix and blended it all in the blender for a creamier texture (I like when the chia seeds are a little more broken down).  Thanks!

Delicious and praised by all those who ate it. I used 1kg of frozen strawberries and did not change the quantities of the other ingredients. I garnished it with with fresh mint leaves which really complimented the strawberries. It fed 10 people!

My 2 teenage boys made this and it is now one of their fav breakfasts/snacks. They both play a lot of sport so this is perfect and they are going to start experimenting with different flavours.

I was looking for a high protein snack while I'm recovering from surgery. I made a half badge with frozen strawberries and a half batch with frozen blueberries.  They were both delicious!!  I'm looking forward to trying other fruit flavors, especially mango!!
