Step 1

Dissolve the coffee in boiling water.

Step 2

Place the chia seeds, soy milk, maple syrup, yoghurt, coffee and vanilla in a bowl or container. Stir well with a fork or whisk to combine. Cover and store in the fridge for 4 hours, or overnight, to thicken.
