Step 1
Add 48 fl oz water, rice and oil to the blender pitcher and secure lid.
Step 2
Select “Rice Milk 1” setting.
Step 3
When the blending program has completed, remove the lid and carefully filter the rice milk through the strainer bag. Contents will be very hot.
Step 4
When the bag is cool enough to touch, gently squeeze any additional rice milk out of the bag.
Step 5
Return the strained rice milk to the pitcher and add sugar, cinnamon and additional water, if using. Secure lid.
Step 6
Select “Low” manual setting for 10 seconds. Select “Cancel” to stop blending.
Step 7
Chill and serve.
