Step 1
Cut brie into 2-3cm cubes. Place flour in one bowl, mix egg and milk together in a second bowl, and place breadcrumbs in a third bowl. Toss each brie cube in flour, then coat in egg mixture and finally breadcrumbs. Repeat with remaining cubes. Place in a single layer on a small tray and freeze for 1 hour.
Step 2
Place a circle of baking paper in the base of your air fryer basket. Place crumbed brie cubes on the paper leaving a little space between each. Cook at 200C for 8 minutes until golden.
Step 3
Serve with tomato chutney or a mixture of equal parts cranberry and tomato sauce.
