Step 1
Drain the pickle chips and pat them dry. Set them aside on a plate lined with paper towels.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, stir together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cajun seasoning, seasoning salt and cornmeal.
Step 3
Place the pickles into the flour mixture in batches and coat both sides well.
Step 4
Add as many flour coated pickles to the air fryer that will fit without overlapping and spray them all with cooking spray. (Make sure to coat them well to avoid flour spots).
Step 5
Cook for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 6
Open the air fryer and flip all of the pickles, spray the pickles again on the top facing side, then cook for an additional 5 minutes.
