Step 1
Cut 8-inch round of cooking parchment paper. Place in bottom of air fryer basket. Spray with cooking spray. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in 1-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
Step 2
Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each biscuit into quarters. Shake pieces in bag to coat. Place 16 pieces in single layer in bottom of air fryer basket, spacing apart.
Step 3
Set air fryer to 330°F; cook 4 minutes. Using 2 forks, turn over each piece; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until biscuit pieces are firm to the touch and no longer doughy in center. Remove from air fryer, and pour into large bowl. Cover loosely with foil. Repeat with remaining 16 pieces; add to other cooked pieces in bowl. Discard parchment.
Step 4
Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, heat butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring frequently, until butter is melted and mixture is smooth and bubbles are starting to form around the edge. Pour over cooked biscuit pieces in bowl; stir to coat.
Step 5
Carefully line air fryer basket and sides with foil. Pour coated pieces into air fryer basket. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until pieces are glazed. Remove basket, and let stand 5 minutes. Pour into serving bowl. Serve warm.
