Step 1
Combine chili powder, sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Brush both sides of tortillas with oil and lightly sprinkle with the chili powder mixture. Cut each tortilla into quarters.
Step 2
Working in batches as necessary, arrange the tortilla wedges in a single layer in the basket of an air fryer. Cook at 350°F, shaking the basket occasionally, until golden and crisp, 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, combine mango, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime zest, lime juice and the remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl.
Step 4
Serve the chips warm with the mango salsa.
