Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar, mustard and duck sauce.
Step 2
Place the chicken in the bowl and turn until evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
Step 3
When meat is ready, discard any leftover marinade.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 450ºF.
Step 5
Place the chicken into a casserole dish or broiler pan.
Step 6
Bake for about 40 minutes. Flip it once to make sure it's evenly cooked. Chicken should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of at least 165ºF.
Step 7
Serve immediately.
