Step 1
Whisk together the eggs, cream, salt and vanilla. Let the bread soak in this mixture for a few minutes to absorb as much as possible.

Cook over medium heat until the mixture is well incorporated and begins to get quite foamy. At that point whisk in quickly whisk in the whipping cream.

Immediately add the sliced bananas and cook for an additional minute just until the bananas are warmed through.

Be very careful as this sauce is very hot. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving over the prepared French Toast
