In a one gallon zip top bag, add chicken thighs and bread and butter pickle brine. Refrigerate and allow to marinate for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, remove chicken from marinade and liberally coat the thighs in rub. Discard marinade.

Preheat your grill to 375º-400º and place chicken directly on the grates. Cook chicken approximately 7-10 minutes per side.
Step 5
When internal temp is 160º brush liberally with BBQ sauce and continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes to allow sauce to tack up.
Step 6
Let chicken rest at least 5 minutes, serve with Paisley Farm Four Bean Salad, and enjoy!
