Step 1

Heat saucepan with olive oil and fry bacon, spring onions and garlic until bacon is nearly cooked.

Step 2

Slice mushrooms into fairly thin slices. Add to bacon mixture and add small amount of butter. Saute until soft.

Step 3

Pour in the cream and add parmesan, parsley and a few cracks of pepper. Simmer until thick.
