Broiled Chicken & Artichokes

boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 2 pounds)

Not exciting. Took twice as long to cook, artichokes were burnt. Just not exciting or satisfying. I'm sure I went wrong somewhere but overall, wont do again.

Great dish! Nothing goes better with marinated artichoke hearts and olive oil than feta cheese. I turned it into a Mediterranean dish, substituting crumbled feta for the Parmesan. I also added halved cherry tomatoes and about 1/2 cup of halved pitted ripe kalamata olives.

This is so good. I do marinate the chicken in Italian dressing for a few hours to give it more flavor.

This was fast and simple.  To up the taste, I added some minced garlic and marinated the chicken first in the artichoke marinade for 1 hr before broiling.  It took a little longer to cook but since I have a thermometer, it was cinch to know when done.

I added a bit of lemon. i had some fresh quartered tomatoes ( needed to use before they went bad)after turning the chicken . May try adding some capers next time. We enjoyed the dish.

This definitely took longer than 15 minutes for us to broil!  It was tasty, but would be better baked with kale, mushrooms, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and onions.

This was very good...”a keeper” according to my husband. Plus simple.

This was just ok.  Don't know if I'll make again.  I felt like it was missing something.

Super easy, also marinated the thighs in the artichoke marinade while some brown rice cooked on the stove. Will add more artichoke hearts next time. Great dish for beginners.

We have been making this since finding the recipe while at the doctors office.  We make it a lot and my only change is increasing the artichoke hearts and a touch of lemon. Really delicious, quick and easy. Takes a bit longer to cook but worth the wait!

I have made this recipe several times because it is very quick to assemble and the result is quite good.  I have also added other vegetables and potato slices with good results.

It was just okay for me and my Love. It lacked flavor.  If I were to give this another try I don't think I would drain the artichokes and I would likely bake and not broil and then serve over a grain like quinoa.

I was impressed by the full flavors and simplicity of this recipe and will make it again.

Really tasty, even if the cook uses bone-in thighs.  I had to cook them in the oven for half an hour, then add the artichokes and broil.  Forgot the parsley too...  I would definitely make this again!

We couldn't agree more!  Healthy, inexpensive, quick and easy.  My wife and I tried this recipe, then had my mom and sister over 3 days later  for lunch so they could.  Now they are sharing this with everyone.  Great with a Dilly Broccoli Salad.  Thanks!!!

Sorry but I found this to be tasteless and boring.
