Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Add 2 tablespoons of butter or beef tallow to a skillet (make sure it’s oven-proof, we will bake it later on too) over medium heat.

Place the crushed pork rinds, Parmesan, and the seasonings in a bag. Shake well
Step 3
Pat dry the salmon. Add it to the bag of seasonings and shake to coat it completely.
Step 4
Place the coated salmon in the skillet, skin side down. Fry for 4 minutes without flipping the fillet over.
Step 5
Place the skillet with the fillet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from the oven, squeeze fresh lemon on top, and enjoy!
