Trim fat from chicken pieces, cut in half and place in a greased baking dish.
Step 2
Mix remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and heat gently, stirring until butter melts.
Step 3
Pour mixture over chicken, bake uncovered at 180C (160C fan-forced) for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
