Step 1

Wash radishes.

Step 2

Using a knife with a broad side like a chinese cleaver to crush the radishes until they open up and are pretty flattish. Use your hands to tear the radishes into bite sized pieces.

Step 3

Add the vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil and mix. Taste and adjust seasonings to your preference.

Step 4

Put in the fridge for at least half hour.

Step 5

Remove just before serving, toss and serve.
