Step 1
In blender or food processor on low speed, blend together all ingredients. Use tamper to press pineapple into coconut milk. (Note: Do not blend on high speed.)
Step 2
Pour mixture into frosting piping bag and squeeze to create swirls in bowls or ice cream cones. Serve immediately.
Step 3
Freeze remaining whip.
