Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over a medium high heat.

Add onions and sauté until caramelized (10 minutes)

Add garlic, ginger and sauté until fragrant

Spoon approximately 1-2 tablespoons of filling onto each egg roll wrapper and fold according to package directions, using the beaten egg to seal the edges of the wrappers.

Arrange stuffed egg rolls in the air fryer basket
Step 11
Air fry at 380 F for 7 minutes. Open air fryer, take the basket out and flip the egg rolls on the other side and fry for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown
Step 12
Let the egg rolls cool a little.
